NYC DA Alvin Bragg’s indictment of former President Donald Trump is a sixteen page document comprised of 34 counts. It repeats, with minor changes, the words below:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law ยง175.10, committed as follows:
The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about December 1, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for Donald J. Trump, bearing voucher number 877785, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization.
As seen above, the indictment alleges “intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime.” However, it does not provide any details or specifics about the nature of ‘another crime.’

Hogwash and treasonous politized DA in NYC.
Less than an hour after the “arraignment”, another court verdict ordered “Stormy” to pay over $122K in legal fees to 45. I believe she now owes over $600K to 45? Not that any of this matters as our currency is worthless by real numbers. Japan is now buying oil from Russia. The illusion is real….let that sink in.
What an absolute farce. Did you see where at same time Trump was being indicted courts ruled Stormy Daniels has to pay $122k of his legal fees. Democrats are Evil.
Look, I think that we have all had sexual relations with a pornstar while our spouses were home with a newborn. And who amongst us wouldn’t want to keep that quiet on the grounds that not all people share our free love ethos? Similarly, keeping the sordid details of this tryst from a future employer is utterly laudable.
My disappointment comes from Mr. Trump not publicly celebrating this conquest in his own, inimitable, fashion
I can’t BELIEVE Bragg failed to cite that time Trump jaywalked on Fifth Ave. This is an outrage!
How much tax payers money has been wasted for the last 6 or 7 years by these people trying to keep Trump out of politics? What are they afraid of they don’t want the American people to know? I think it might be the One World Order that they don’t discuss any more. Steps of taking down a country divide, which we are, cause civil unrest which is happening now, and top it off with defacing the dollar with a country in debt! If we don’t wake up we’re not going to have anything left to wake up for!
The DA has clearly never read the bill of rights. The 6th amendment says Trump has to be told what the charges are, and the indictment left out the underlying crimes… In fact the moron DA said he doesn’t have to tell what they are. that makes him a communist.
