Vermont’s newest pregnancy resource center holds Open House May 3

Lamoille Valley Pregnancy Resource Center (LVPRC) will be hosting an open house at our new location, 65 Portland Street in Morrisville, on Friday evening, May 3rd, from 5:30-8:30 pm. Please come join us to take a tour of our center and learn about volunteer opportunities and ways you can be involved with and help support the pro-love, pro-grace, and pro-abundant life mission of LVPRC.

All services are always confidential and will be provided completely free of charge for all clients. The center will rely on community support to meet its operating expenses.

“We are so grateful for your prayers and financial support. Please consider becoming a monthly donor,” Executive Director Eliza Jane Giard said in an LVPRC statement. “Faithful donors who give to LVPRC—no matter how large or small the gift—on an ongoing monthly basis are our most fundamental and reliable source of financial support to keep the center operating and provide free services. And we always welcome one-time donations, too.”

The leadership team is also seeking volunteers to fulfill the goal of offering compassionate Christ-centered hope and support to introduce moms and dads to their babies, and help them experience the abundant life Christ offers.

“We are pro-love, pro-grace, and pro-abundant life. We never perform nor refer for abortions. And we are a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry,” Giard said.

Below is information for how to contact LVPRC, donate to LVPRC, find about volunteer opportunities, and refer to those who are facing pregnancy decisions or post-abortive trauma:

The New England Pregnancy Services website shows six Vermont pregnancy resource center locations: Brattleboro, Lyndonville, Barre, Rutland, Middlebury, and Williston, as well as three just across the Connecticut River in New Hampshire in Littleton, Claremont, and West Lebanon.

These pregnancy centers have come under fire from the pro-legal abortion Vermont Legislature and the Vermont Attorney General for purportedly misleading marketing by (they say) seemingly imitating abortion clinics. However, the LVPRC website states clearly it does not perform abortions, as do the other sites.
