Advocates for child rape have, for a long while, been looking for a way to legalize the sexual assault of children. NAMBLA, the North American Man Boy Love Association, has been after it for decades, and it looks like the United Nations is here to help.
The pathway is laid out in a report titled “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.”
“For a number of years now, the UN Secretary-General, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, global and regional human rights mechanisms, bodies and experts, national courts, legislatures and domestic human rights institutions, as well as civil society have grappled with the problem of the harmful human rights impact of criminal laws that proscribe conduct associated with sex, reproduction, HIV, drug use, homelessness and poverty.”
Some of the critical human rights issues include the right to abortion, sex outside marriage, homosexual sex rights, how HIV-positive persons are oppressed by disclosure laws, outlawed drug use, as well as matters of poverty and homelessness. In other words, our long history of faith-based morality, as represented in statute, is likely out of date, and they’ve compiled 32 pages of thoughts that – and I’m just guessing – are cover for legalizing adult sex with minors.
“The enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them……. Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity, and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.”
Boom!
Not only could children be considered capable of agreeing to be raped by adults (so it’s not rape), but it might also be a violation of their rights to have laws punishing adults who have sex with minors; to require parental consent for abortions as a result of those encounters; or to suggest that children raped by adults might have been coerced into claiming it was consensual.
The UN has paved the way for a conversation about how these laws we mistakenly believe exist to protect children from physical or psychological harm violate human rights. What they mean is that there are a lot of sick, perverted adults who want to rape minors, and they’d like to make it legal.
They must think the time has arrived. That people are ready to embrace pedophilia as normal.
You won’t get any pushback from the political Left. They are enthusiastic supporters happy to refer to pedophiles as minor-attracted persons. They’ve muddied the gender waters for children, promoting sexualization at a very young age and insisting that kids should be able to self-castrate with drugs or surgery, free from meddling adults who might also be their parents.
Following that logic, it makes sense for the UN to suggest that minors are more than capable of consenting to sex with adults, and so they have.
Would this be a good time to remind everyone of a 2018 scandal that reported as many as 60,000 incidents of sexual assault by UN aid workers, “including rape and sex with underage persons”?

It’s not talking about child rape, you moron.
It is child rape. Children are not developmentally able to make that kind of decision. That the balance of power between a child who is dependent on adults for survival and an adult is grossly in favor of the adult is obvious to any clear-thinking human being not allowing themselves to be blinded by their own unholy lusts. There may be at times no justice in the material world, but there is justice in the spiritual world. Surely some remember what Christ said about any who dare to harm a child.
Cretin, the very reason that engaging in sexual intimacy with any individual under the age of consent is because anyone under such age, which can differ slightly by state, is not capable of consent. Comprende?? Now please be a good little Communist and go back to obeying your masters while the vast majority of Americans rebuke, refute, and resist these perversions and putrid debaucheries such sociopaths attempt to install. Sexual intercourse of any kind at any age can have negative consequences. Those consequences can range all the way from developmental issues in the case of children, social issues, sexual malfunction throughout a lifetime and of course the largest consequence (arguably) a baby.
In order for a person to have sex it must be consensual that much you agree on from your post.
The root of consensual is consent. In order to have consent, both parties must agree thereby you are entering into a contract.
Children can’t sign contracts. This is not because they can’t physically sign it, it’s because they are not developed enough to understand the consequences of their actions, nor mature enough to resist temptation. That is why they are considered children, because they must slowly learn the consequences of their actions and have the mental and personal fortitude to resist instant temptation. It’s why they have parents to guide them through the first portion of their life protecting them from harm (from others or self inflicted) so that they learn over time and aren’t thrown to the wolves. Why do you think those in foster care or single parent homes statistically end up in trouble with the law many more times than their counterparts?
Strangely enough, I consider this to be the same wrong mentality surrounding underage voting. They are not capable of understanding the consequences of their actions.

jsled, What you seem to be saying is that laws should be written to first interrogate the presumed child victim to determine mental capacity to be able to consent to the sexual act before charging the pervert with a crime of child molestation. It takes a twisted mind to come up with such an insane point of view. Perhaps you are all for adult/child sexual activity. At least, that’s what I’m getting from your twisted logic. We have the age of majority for a reason. Changing or eliminating the legal age for sexual manifestations for perverts isn’t going to happen.

Absolutely Demonic ! We know (or should know by now) that of the 49 counties that are majority Muslim within the UN, and the condoning of child brides; so it shouldn’t be a surprise. Many of us know that the U.S. is the # 1 consumer of sex slavery in the world. Most really know what was taking place at Epstein’s Island, in Hollywood, and unfortunately on the streets of much of America. Big and small cities alike. Even in Vermont they are trying to pave the way by eliminating prostitution as a crime in Montpelier and Burlington. For those who have short term memory, did you forget about the connection of Catholic Priests commiting horrendous sexual assault on children, in Vermont, as well as other states. The Vatican did their best to make these aligations disappear, by reassignment to priest. Why would you expect the U.N. (a globalist conglomerate) to take on the same characteristics ?
