  1. Navy Captain Robert Erbetta made this comment at a kick off event for Red Ribbon Drug Free week (Oct. 23-31) “Our nation’s enemies don’t fire on us to bring us down. All they need to do is fan the flames on drug use.”

    It is so tragic to see how true that is for our young people.
