  1. The fact that the question would even be asked, “Can Vermonters be trusted to use personal responsibility,” is repulsive. Those of us who are adults, who understand how offensive this question is, will refuse to dignify that question. The rest will want to be told (mandated/dictated) by their betters how to behave.
