  1. Three years of an encampment on a parking lot, probably with 30 tents is hardly a temporary arrangement. Sure to be a magnet for all kinds of problems. Referring to the as “Homeless” is mostly a misnomer. Since residents claim no knowledge of these plans for their neighborhood, there must be a reason for withholding the news. Another reason to escape from what was once a desirable, livable community!
