All kidding aside, I’ve lived in slum-lord situations (https://www.wcax.com/content/news/WCAX-Investigates-Nightmare-on-Church-Street-473420663.html). Out of all of the purported calls only 2 were related to tenants, and one was a false alarm. The other was a mentally ill man later evicted after lighting a fire inside his apartment. All of the other calls were regarding people breaking in and getting strung out in our halls, NOT THE RESIDENTS.
