3 Separate Oil Facilities Explode in 24 Hours | 25 Feb 2023 | Three oil facilities in separate locations across Mexico and the United States have suffered huge fires after sudden explosions, according to reports. The explosions all occurred in the space of 24 hours. All three facilities, including one in Texas, are controlled by the state-owned Mexican oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). On Thursday, three separate fires broke out at PEMEX facilities, resulting in the deaths of two workers, Bloomberg reported. At least eight people were also injured and several others are missing. Another Norfolk Southern train derails less than one month after East Palestine disaster | 25 Feb 2023 | A Norfolk Southern freight train derailed in Lexington, North Carolina on Saturday morning. A spokesperson for the company told Fox News Digital that residents in the area have nothing to worry about. “One of our trains traveling through Lexington derailed this morning. Of the train’s 132 cars, one [set of wheels] has derailed. There are no reports of a hazmat situation or danger to the public. Our crew is safe and additional personnel are on their way to begin cleanup. We appreciate the public’s patience and care near this area during the cleanup work,” the spokesperson said. After publication, the spokesperson said that “one set of wheels” derailed.

Mysterious White Dust Blankets Parts of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland | 24 Feb 2023 | Parts of West Virginia and Maryland were blanketed with a mysterious fine white dust late Thursday evening and into early Friday morning. The Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia appeared to be hit the hardest, but there were also photos and videos being posted from as far as Winchester, Virginia, and Hagerstown, Maryland. A Facebook page that tracks emergencies in the Panhandle, Eastern Panhandle Working Fires, was early to post about the dust. “Call 911!! Per The WV Dept of Environmental Protection, they have requested that anybody experiencing these issues call 911 immediately and have their local fire department respond. They also advise to shut doors and windows and avoid outdoors at this time as a common sense approach until it can be identified,” a post on the page read.

One killed, a dozen injured after blast at Ohio factory scatters molten debris, starts fire | 20 Feb 2023 | An explosion tore through an Ohio metals plant on Monday, scattering molten metal and debris that rained down on neighboring buildings, killing one person and injuring at least a dozen others, officials, witnesses and a media report said. The blast sent smoke billowing into the sky that could be seen for miles around the damaged factory about 15 miles (24 km) southeast of Cleveland. The explosion of unknown origin at the I. Schumann & Co. metals plant in Bedford drew fire departments from throughout northeast Ohio.

Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Shut Down Water Intakes After Train Derailment –Butyl acrylate was believed to have seeped into the Ohio River. | 20 Feb 2023 | Utilities in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky shut Ohio River water intake valves early Sunday morning over concerns about contamination by hazardous materials from a train that derailed in East Palestine, Ohio. The two utilities, Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) and Northern Kentucky Water District (NKWD), said they are taking precautions as testing found at least low levels of chemicals from the toxic spill in some places at intakes along the waterway amid reports of fish dying en masse in local waterways and East Palestine residents reporting ailments such as headaches and rashes…NKWD said in a press release one of the chemicals, butyl acrylate, “was detected at low levels in the Ohio River far upstream of our water supply intakes.” GCWW said low [?] levels of butyl acrylate were believed to have “seeped” into the Ohio River through a creek about 300 miles north of Cincinnati. The control of the village was claimed by the head if Wagner Yevgeny Prigozhin on February 24. “Berkhovka is completely under our control. The units of the Wagner PMCs fully control Berkhovka.”

Insane in the membrane: Biden Admin Proposes to Block Half of Current Gas Range Models | 25 Feb 2023 | A new regulation proposed by the Department of Energy (DOE) would block half of current gas stove models from the market, an analysis by the federal agency shows. In a proposed regulation published at the beginning of February, DOE set a maximum annual gas consumption of 1,204 thousand British thermal units (kBtu), also known as the EL 2 standard, for all gas cooking tops. If the new regulation is finalized, only half of gas cooking tops will be able to meet the new standard, i.e., half of the products currently on the market will be blocked. “DOE estimates that nearly half of the total gas cooking top market currently achieves EL 2 and therefore would not be impacted by the proposed standard, if finalized,” DOE said in an updated analysis. DOE issued the updated analysis mainly because it excluded certain types of gas cooking tops in the previous analysis that was published on Feb. 1

U.S. Legislators Propose Ban on Central Bank Digital Currency | 24 Feb 2023 | Minnesota Congressman Tom Emmer recently introduced a bill that would ban the Federal Reserve from issuing a central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly to anyone, per a report by Bitcoin Magazine. The bill is titled the “CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act” and outlines the following: “Except as specifically authorized under this Act, a Federal Reserve bank may not offer products or services directly to an individual, or maintain an account on behalf of an individual, or issue a central bank digital currency directly to an individual.” The bill adds: “The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Open Market Committee may not use any central bank digital currency to implement monetary policy.” In a tweet he posted on February 22, Emmer stated: “Any digital version of the dollar must uphold our American values of privacy, individual sovereignty, and free market competitiveness. Anything less opens the door to the development of a dangerous surveillance tool.”

Tillis, Colleagues Introduce Legislation to Protect American Sovereignty Against World Health Organization (Sen. Thom Tillis Press Release) | 23 Feb 2023 | U.S. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) and his colleagues introduced the No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act. This legislation would require any convention or agreement resulting from the work of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) intergovernmental negotiating body be deemed a treaty, requiring the advice and consent of a supermajority of the Senate. The legislation comes as the WHO continues to move the pandemic treaty process forward and is expected to formally present a draft to member states later this month. Jeremy Farhar, who is leaving Wellcome to join the WHO later this year, said during a media briefing in terms of a potential pandemic event, H5N1 is a “big worry.” Farrar warned the H5N1 (avian) influenza viruses are being allowed to circulate among poultry, wild birds, and mammals—and is the perfect way to “create something nasty.” If you read through the 32-page draft of the accord, you’ll see how this document gives the WHO the authority to take control over U.S. agriculture and our food supply: By signing onto the accord, a country acknowledges that “most emerging infectious diseases originate in animals, including wildlife and domesticated animals, then spill over to people.” (See p. 6.) From the outset, they’re laying the foundation that “most infectious diseases” begin in animals; thus, their ability to regulate animals is within their purview.

That investigation also led to the discovery that 130 different lot numbers of Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine distributed to more than 13 states, harmed on average 639 times more people, hospitalised on average 109 times more people, and killed on average 22 times more people than the 4,289 different lot number of Pfizer vaccine distributed to 12 states or less. However, the most shocking finding of the investigation was that 100% of Covid-19 vaccine deaths reported to VAERS with identified lot numbers had been caused by just 5% of the batches produced. Bombshell: Former FBI Agent Pleads Guilty to Destroying Evidence in Case Related to a Republican Lawmaker, Avoids Jail Time | 24 Feb 2023 | A former FBI agent, Robert Cessario, has pleaded guilty to purposely destroying crucial evidence in order to frame a pro-Trump lawmaker from Arkansas. The former agent’s guilty plea was linked to a deal between him and the prosecutors. Cessario was charged with “corrupt destruction of record in an official proceeding” linked with the corruption lawsuit of previous Arkansas Sen. Jon Woods. A federal judge ruled that Cessario would face 36 months of probation for purposely destroying the evidence. The Arkansas Democrat Gazette noted: “Cessario must spend the first six months of probation in home detention, although no electronic monitoring will be required, according to U.S. District Judge P.K. Holmes. Holmes also ordered Cessario to pay a 25,000 fine. Cessario’s presentencing report says federal guidelines would require at least five months in prison…The crime Cessario admitted to…carries a minimum recommended sentence of 10 months in prison. The sentence can be mitigated by cooperation, according to federal guidelines…”

McCarthy gives Tucker Carlson access to trove of Jan. 6 riot tape | 20 Feb 2023 | House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has given Fox News’ Tucker Carlson exclusive access to 41,000 hours of Capitol surveillance footage from the Jan. 6 riot, McCarthy sources tell me. Carlson TV producers were on Capitol Hill last week to begin digging through the trove, which includes multiple camera angles from all over Capitol grounds. Excerpts will begin airing in the coming weeks. The Honest Elections Project is calling for an investigation into the DeKalb County Board of Registration and Elections for a “flagrant and egregious” violation of a state ban on private funding that was put in place after accusations that donors used m-ney to push left-wing influence ahead of the 2020 elections. The funding in question originated from the U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence, the project said in a letter last week calling for a probe by the state attorney general, secretary of state and state elections board.

Oklahoma Senate Moves to Ensure Only U.S. Citizens Are Voting in State Elections | 23 Feb 2023 | The Oklahoma Senate scored a major win for election integrity on Wednesday after the upper chamber passed legislation making it more difficult for illegal aliens to vote in state elections. Under SB 377, county court clerks would be permitted to compile a monthly list of individuals “excused from jury duty for not being a citizen of the United States and provide the list to the secretary of the county election board.” Once acquired, the local election board secretary is then mandated to “cancel the registration of each registered voter included on the list” and “report the person or persons to the district attorney and the United States attorney for the county.”
