Teenager busted for voyeurism

An 18-year-old Waterbury man has been cited for voyeurism following a Vermont State Police investigation into incidents that allegedly occurred in May.

State police said troopers from the Berlin Barracks received a report at about 11:19 AM July 21 regarding a suspicious incident involving a cellphone.

Further investigation determined that Nolan Beckert, 18, of Waterbury allegedly committed voyeurism on several dates in May involving an 18-year-old individual at a Waterbury home. Police said Beckert and the alleged victim knew each other.

Beckert was issued a criminal citation to appear in Washington County Criminal Division at 8:30 AM September 10.
