In the event of an intentional violation of the principles, citizens may face a sentence of up to three years in prison, according to the newspaper. Even a negligent violation of these measures will be punishable by a fine, Blick reported.

Jean-Pierre Confuses Russia’s Nord Stream 1 Gas Pipeline With Nordstrom Department Store | 8 Sept 2022 | In the latest of a series of gaffes, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre faces renewed criticism after she mistakenly referred to a major Russian natural gas pipeline as “Nordstrom-1.” The misstatement came as Jean-Pierre slammed Russia for “weaponizing energy” by shutting down the pipeline to Europe. This has caused a major energy crisis and sent the continent scrambling to conserve energy for the long winter months ahead. Jean-Pierre explained “one of the things that’s been out there…they shut down the pipeline of Nordstrom 1.” Russia’s state-owned energy company, Gazprom, owns and operates Nord Stream 1. Last Friday it announced that the supply of gas through the critical pipeline to Europe would be shut off indefinitely for what it described as leaks.
DOJ appeals judge’s appointment of special master to Trump case | 8 Sept 2022 | The Department of Justice has appealed a judge’s decision to appoint a special master to review documents the FBI took from Donald Trump’s Florida estate. The DOJ filed the appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, per Politico, arguing that temporarily halting its probe into the former president’s handling of classified materials would cause “irreparable harm” to the public and the government. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, granted the former president’s request to have a third party evaluate the materials the bureau took from his home during its raid. Cannon declined to return the documents to Trump but empowered the special master to “review the seized property, manage assertions of privilege and make recommendations thereon, and evaluate claims for return of property.”

Fauci’s Team Involved in Research to Create Deadly Version of Spanish Flu Virus | 8 Sept 2022 | Scientists in the U.S. and Canada have resurrected the Spanish flu virus through reverse genetics. Not surprisingly, the National Institutes of Health and Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases are involved. The scientists appear frustrated by the fact that their reverse-engineered Spanish flu virus — even at the highest doses tested — was not lethal enough to kill the macaque species selected for the experiment. They argue we need to make a more dangerous version of the Spanish flu to be able to make better vaccines for it. This despite the fact that, until they resurrected it, it no longer existed in nature.
Biden Fires U.S. Army Doctor for Warning of Military Vaccine Injuries | 6 Sept 2022 | Whistleblowers in the US Army sounded the alarm earlier this year about the “alarming signals” that were appearing in the military’s medical databases after Joe Biden’s illegal vaccine mandate went into effect. One of those whistleblowers was First Lt. Mark Bashaw, a preventive medicine doctor with the Army. Bashaw hit the panic button because the sickness numbers for 2021 in the Defense Medical Epidemiological Database (DMED) were way out of whack with the five-year average. It was obvious from the data between August 2021 and January 2022 that the COVID shots were hurting a tremendous number of soldiers. So, Joe Biden is firing Mark Bashaw for trying to warn others about the dangers of the mandatory COVID shots.Leaked Video Suggests Israeli
Health Officials Covered Up Serious Safety Problems With Pfizer COVID Vaccine | 8 Sept 2022 | A leaked video recording reveals researchers in June shared data with the Israeli Ministry of Health (MOH) showing serious and long-term side effects associated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. However, the MOH did not disclose the researchers’ findings to the expert committee that met later that month to decide on recommending the vaccine for children under age 5, or with leaders of Israel’s COVID-19 vaccine booster program. Additionally, the MOH on Aug. 2 issued a report — on adverse events following the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine from Dec. 9, 2021, to May 31, 2022 — that contradicted the data presented during the early June meeting.

Sisolak Slammed as COVID-Test Scam – ‘Biggest Scandal in Our History’ – Emerges in Nevada Governor’s Race | 8 Sept 2022 | Incumbent Democratic Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak is regularly attacking GOP challenger Joe Lombardo’s pro-life stance as a wedge in a race projected to be among this fall’s tightest gubernatorial contests. Lombardo, the two-term sheriff of Clark County who, with an endorsement from former President Donald Trump, won May’s 10-candidate GOP primary, has not emphasized abortion on his platform nor while stumping… RGA Nevada PAC, an affiliate of the Republican Governors Association (RGA), in an Aug. 31 2.5 million ad claims Sisolak fast-tracked permits and applications for “a shady COVID testing company that got 96 percent of their test results wrong” on behalf of a campaign donor. The ad, called “Cronyism,” says it is a “tale of corruption and cronyism that cost lives.” The claims are based on a May ProPublica investigation into how Chicago-based Northshore Labs rapidly expanded into Nevada in 2020 without the usual licensing process after hiring Greg and Angelo Palivos to “build clientele and manage operations.”

The day before, Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles was arrested for the gruesome murder of Jeff German, a reporter for the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a story that had drawn the attention of media throughout the country. But one reporter, whose name has not been given, instead queried Lombardo about Trump, likely attempting to reorient the conversation from a discussion about the violent actions of one person into a larger statement about the former president. “Now is probably not the appropriate time to talk politics,” the unnamed reporter began. To which Lombardo replied, “So why are we talking politics then?”
