Recently, Gov. Phil Scott has been busy communicating more garbage concerning reopening the State and how he is going to let people celebrate the 4th of July, High School and College Graduations. (If you allow them to give you the poisons.) Meanwhile Attorney General TJ Donovan has been busy attacking lawful business owners in Rutland and Newport to punish people because of scotts illegal and unconstitutional mandates.
Now doctors, dentists and other businesses are invading our personal lives by demanding we be vaccinated before visits or going into shops or offices – all in violation of Federal HIPPA law.
My wife had an attempt to invade her personal information by a receptionist for an appointment, asking her if she had attended any multiple family gatherings or had her shots yet. My wife firmly explained that was inappropriate and she had no business asking those questions. After the appointment they told her to bring her Vax cards next time.
That’s not gonna happen.
Today one of my close friends posted a similar incident that happened to her. She is also being denied the right to attend her daughter’s graduation because she will not allow anyone to make her a guinea pig.
None of us can do anything alone. But there are people fighting for you everyday. We must go to the Statehouse to demand Scott open the State and stop crushing law-abiding Vermonters.
I will work with others to make this happen if enough of you promise to stand together. I will not do it alone. Been there done that. I am proud of the many Patriots that have stepped up when I ask. I am hoping to do this on a Saturday before Memorial Day.

of the DUE to the UNPROVEN Success of any of the COVID vaccines, and the SIDE AFFECTS some have incurred. I have Decided NOT to bow to Government Pressure to get the Shots. WILL this make me a Pariah or 2nd class person in the eyes of the GOVT.??

I have also been denied access to my daughter’s graduation at UVM next month. Please let me know the dates and times of any gatherings at the state house and I will be there.
It is a race between rate of vaccination and rate of virus mutation to more deadly and aggressive strains. People who choose not to vaccinate just flummox me when you do it in the name of God and Country. People who oppose the laws requiring seatbelts, helmets, lifejackets etc die or place a burden on our healthcare resources but at least they don’t directly kill others. Those that don’t vaccinate, do.
Hmmmmm… So, thoughtful people who choose to not take this often harmful jab which offers little, if any, positive effect against a virus with a near 100% survival rate are somehow killing others? That’s some contorted thinking you’ve put out there, my friend.
To Alan Sexton:You clearly don’t have my experience of consoling my daughter as she nurses ventilated patients in NM of whom one – only one- gets off the ventilator alive. Go to India and look around if you need to be convinced. But perhaps you are thinking of only you and yours here in VT. So when the virus re-surges because it mutated and is more transmissible and lethal it will be those that chose not to vaccinate who are driving the process. And side effects? As my daughter, among the first to receive it, and yes, felt crappy for 1-2 days said: “ the side effects are nothing compared to a ventilator”. This shouldn’t be political.

Dr. Kyle-Sidell is an emergency medicine physician in NYC and, as the Time article states there are like-minded doctors (increasingly numerous) observing the same things. The ventilators may well be contributing to the deaths of her patients.
Additionally, whether we’re talking about the USA or abroad, ask yourself whatever happened to the seasonal flu, pneumonia, common cold (also a coronavirus), etc.? These often prove fatal for those who have other additional health issues, especially the elderly.
Why is it that these significant causes have as if magically all but disappeared? Alas, they haven’t disappeared, they’re suspiciously being classified as “COVID”.

Flummoxed?! The ‘jab’ is NOT a vaccine. It’s an experimental transhuman gene therapy. It has NOT been approved by the FDA, because it hasn’t passed the safety requirements. Like the Spanish flu of 1918, the danger lies in ppl ‘shedding/spreading after having received it. It doesn’t stop transmission. So, why the h*ll would you want to take it? A lot ppl have suffered terrible side-effects/have died. The REAL science is being suppressed for political and financial gain.

Unfortunately the Government not the people made this political. America Front line DOCTORS (not nurses) have stated that Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin work against the virus. I know many people who have rebound quickly from both medicines. Even the Lancet, a top medical journal retracted its warning of Hydroxychloroquine against covid. Don’t take my word look it up yourself.Do your OWN THINKING. Before you condemn other people for their choice to freedom know the true facts. Not the propaganda that the government rats are jumping down the drain pipe dragging you along with. I feel very sorry for you
Yes, indeed, America’s Front Line Doctors is a great resource for people who need information and who want to do their own research. Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine do indeed work along with other supplements. Isn’t it amazing that these inexpensive therapeutics are not being proclaimed by the so-called “news media”? Why is that? MONEY for the Pharma Cos. and their shareholders, that’s why. Also, take a look at the marketing tactics to take this unapproved experimental shot. Why such a push to get this shot? New Jersey is offering free pot to people who take the shot, and don’t forget about Krispie Kreme doughnuts offering one year’s worth of free doughnuts for people who take the shot. Hmmmmm, something sounds really fishy! People need to wake-up and think, think, think. Thank you for mentioning the America’s Front Line Doctors, they are great.

Governor Scott’s policy of pitting businesses, schools, colleges, health care facilities (medical, dental), etc. against unvaccinated people is appalling. There are laws, HIPPA and the Nuremberg Code. Our Freedoms cannot be infringed upon because of an unapproved experimental shot.
The FDA has not Approved this shot, it is not a vaccine. Approval means the FDA has officially decided that a product is safe and effective for its designated use. These shots are currently in Phase 3 Trail which takes 2-3 years to complete. People who are receiving these shots are in the Phase 3 Trail. No one knows the long-term effects of these shots, 6 months to 3 years from now. Only now we are hearing of the short-term effects such as blood clots, deaths, seizures, paralysis, miscarriages, etc. No one can be forced to take experimental shots. In fact, no one can be forced to take any medical care of any kind.
Our Freedom to attend venues, receiving health care, engaging in commerce – buying goods and services cannot be infringed in any way because we do not take the experimental shot. Governor Scott is wrong to make businesses discriminate against unvaccinated people. Businesses are wrong in requiring customers to show proof of private medical information in order to engage in commerce. State Government is wrong in coercing people to take shots under the veiled threat of not being able to engage in commerce or any other venue.
It would be wise that businesses, state government and all those involved in restricting peoples’ freedoms consider their steps as they move forward in 2021. There is HIPPA and the Nuremberg Code to protect people, and for good reason.
I pray that by God’s Grace, the People of Vermont will see that divisiveness is not the answer. We must not discriminate against “vaccinated and unvaccinated” people.

These shots are under Emergency Use Authorization and are Not mandated. They are on a clinical trial basis. Everyone, including those in healthcare, military, law enforcement, etc. have the right to refuse unapproved experimental shots. Everyone who takes these shots MUST be informed that the shots are unapproved, the risks, benefits and the right of refusal, and alternatives to the shot that is available for use. Employers can only encourage you to take these unapproved experimental shots. It is unlawful to mandate that anyone take the experimental shot.
21 U.S. Code Section 360, (e) 1 (A) “Conditions of Authorization of Unapproved Product”
(e) Conditions of authorization
(1) Unapproved product
(A) Required conditions
With respect to the emergency use of an unapproved product, the Secretary, to the extent practicable given the applicable circumstances described in subsection (b)(1), shall, for a person who carries out any activity for which the authorization is issued, establish such conditions on an authorization under this section as the Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to protect the public health, including the following:
(i) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that health care professionals administering the product are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of the emergency use of the product, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the alternatives to the product that are available, and of their benefits and risks.
(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
(iii) Appropriate conditions for the monitoring and reporting of adverse events associated with the emergency use of the product.
(iv) For manufacturers of the product, appropriate conditions concerning recordkeeping and reporting, including records access by the Secretary, with respect to the emergency use of the product.
Also, the principals of the Nuremberg Code of 1947, ratified by the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, and codified in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, gives the right to avoid human experimentation. These principals were adopted by the FDA in that it is unlawful to conduct medical research, even in emergency, without steps taken to secure informed consent of all participants. 21 CFR Section 50.24
Everything about this is UN-constitutional.
If a government can coerce you to receive a vaccine in order to conduct public transactions what’s stopping them from taking the next step and jailing you, or then the next step, executing you for being a danger to the public?

This bickering between the safety of the “vaccine” and its possible lethal side affects is unsolvable. Today there is so much lying that the truth can not be substantiated or known. Lancet the premiere medical journal was caught publishing lies that hydroxychloroquine was dangerous and did not help against COVID 19. When doctors who use these therapeutics to CURE covid19 are censored we can no longer make educated decisions and mandates by government are therefore ILLEGAL and become medical tyranny. Ivermectin and other procedures that deliver oxygen directly to human cells work because COVID internally starves cells of oxygen that kills organs. That why ventilators are ineffective. Breathing alone does nothing to deliver oxygen to cells internally. Where are the 2 hour televised debates that pit professional licensed doctors against one another? Let them present their facts and experiences so we can decide for ourselves instead of behind the scenes “experts” from government telling us what truth is or is not. This mRNA vaccine produces a protein that makes a shell of the COVID virus in an attempt to get the body to create antibodies. When does the vaccine stop using our cells to produce this protein? Is the mRNA instructions interfering with regular functionality of other proteins that are needed in the body. For how long does this happen? Forever? The 3rd Reich was evil. It was government and had some of the best scientists at the time.. It decided that for the greater good, disabled, mentally retarted and diseased people (JEWS) or in todays world unvaccinated people are the greatest threat to society. We are indeed sick, but not from COVID 19.
