Pressured to ‘take the jab,’ employees ask tough questions first

As Covid-19 pandemic cases resurge even in highly-vaccinated Vermont, the list of employers requiring vaccination grows as well. Vaccine-resisting employees are reviewing their options.

Workers for the University of Vermont Medical Center and the federal government are facing Covid-19 vaccination mandates. Employees of federally-funded nursing homes also must be vaccinated. 

Also, some private companies – such as solar installer SunCommon – are requiring vaccination. Gov. Scott has said he won’t stop private businesses from imposing mandates on employees.

Yet according to an iprospectcheck.com poll, only 47% of Vermonters believe they should be required to disclose their vaccination status to employers. 

Some employers (like UVMMC) allow non-vaxxed employees to continue work if they submit to testing. Some employers permit religious, philosophical and/or health exemptions. Exemption options vary. 

Some Vermonters are directly protesting mandatory vaccination. Tuesday August 17, concerned healthcare providers and others gathered at the Northern Vermont Regional Hospital in St. Johnsbury, to support the rights of hospital employees in making their own, informed and private, health-care decisions. Tomorrow, more vax resisters will gather at a State House rally from 11-2.

What can Vermonters do when the boss says, “you need to be vaccinated?”

Some Americans are presenting their employers with the document below, or variations of it. Without expressing refusal to be vaccinated, the document asks the employer common-sense questions and generally puts them on notice that there is a legal and health risk to requiring employees to submit to an Emergency Use Authorized drug. 

‘I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:

1. Can you please advise me of the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

3. Can you please advise of the full list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT ‘experimental mRNA gene altering therapy’?

6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:

1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.

2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?

I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.’

  1. Resist! Let them fire you. Good luck to them hiring another employee. There’s no housing for those who don’t already have a place to live anyway.

    Besides, requiring the vax is irrational. It won’t stop their employees from contracting Covid and spreading it to others. Just what are they hoping to achieve?

  2. Health choice with the freedom to choose, and equally the right to refuse, treatment is a fundamental human right. The Nuremberg Code, written in 1947, is now the global standard for the ethical practice of medicine, whether in the context of private health care or public health policy.
    It was the first articulation of ethics meant to protect patients, not medical providers, from medical abuses. Apparently hospitals have forgotten …. and need reminders, thanks to all who demonstrated at NVRH last Tuesday. Sandy Reider MD

  3. I would be interested i hearing the opinion of a member of the Legal Profession or an Insurance Underwriter on the agreement as written above. If you, as a Lawyer, were consulting with a business, health provider etc, would you advise corporate, management or other administration to agree to this suggested notice of participation as presented above?
    There is not a chance in hell that any employer of mine (or any body else) , both large national corporation and a large University Medical Center and Hospital, would touch this. So you do have a choice: 1. Accept the injection. 2. Refuse the injection, come what may. 3. Get a medical excuse. 4. Approval for scheduled testing. 5. Get a position with no requirement. 6. Quit your job, lose any benefits, seniority etc. 7. Your lucky number, cause you can get another job, just as good, in a place with everything you want. Suggestion: Choices 1,2,3 or 4, perhaps 5.

What evidence exists that proves what the virus is, how it is spread, and fatality rate that justifies any of these “mandates.” My understanding is the virus is not and was not isolated – no samples available. Doctors and medical staff are threatened to lose their licenses if they question the almighty man behind the curtain. A great many legal challenges going on now – Guess which employees are not mandated to be vax’d – those who work for big pharma – the rest of you line up for the greatest crimes against humanity ever witnessed

    • Forget fatality rates a second. Don’t all the long-term health conditions brought on by Covid-19 deserve to be considered? This is far more common than death. These will lead to people spending a large sum of money on those conditions that they may not have. Yet if the vaccine helps prevent Covid then we can avoid all these medical issues and save a ton of money.

    Our Rights: 21 U.S. Code Section 360; The Nuremberg Code of 1947; U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, many cases in law.

    Pharmaceutical Companies are shielded from liability from The 2005 PREP Act. Businesses, municipalities, employers, schools, colleges, school board members, etc. are NOT shielded from liability.

  6. Don’t waste your time talking truth to power. All students should take their money elsewhere. All doctors and nurses should strike. Save your life. The vaccine spike protein is a fatal particle according to the Salk Institute. Listen to some of the brightest minds who are warning against the vaccine injections. The list is too long to display.   7. Are WE the only ones who smell a rat here? WHY the PUSH for a vax (Vt.- 725 positive ‘cases”, 288 of whom WERE vaccinated?) for a waning virus w/a 99.8% survival rate? Why the hiding of CFR (Confirmed Fatality Rates) numbers? At first I thought it was just the money but with this SHOVE it makes one wonder if something else is driving this. In the OLD days the Firesign Theater had a “hippie” joke: “Why did the short-hair cross the street? Because somebody TOLD him to. Why did the long hair cross the street? Because somebody told him NOT to”. And now the FDA will shortly grant “Full Approval”, you know, the same FDA that botched their “Food Pyramid” in the 1970’s limiting “saturated fats & cholesterol” and pushing “grains & carb’s” leading to the obesity/diabetes epidemic. They also “approved” Zomax”, “Viox” and so many other drugs that got PULLED off the market after ruining countless lives. Sorry– The more I investigate this vaccine the less I like it and if I survived the “pandemics” in 1959, 1968, and the ‘Swine Flu” (another botched vaccine) in 1975 I’ll take my chances and make my own choices, but then again I don’t work for an employer MANDATING the Jab. Can they also “mandate” abortions, sterilizations, AIDs, Hep-C, and other “tests” too? Somebody MUST take this to the Supreme Court as their 1905 Jacobsen Decision (smallpox) was for a MUCH more virulent & deadly virus. This is much different and needs a test of Liberty Vs. Tyranny.

  8. Sounds like many employers and schools are just waiting for the FDA to rubber stamp it with their seal of approval, rumored to be this Monday . Sad as now we know for sure we can’t trust anything the FDA tells us. They’re literally sending people to slaughter. I don’t know this country anymore and don’t trust a thing they tell us.

  9. Vaccines are supposed to take an attenuated virus that most people can tolerate and allow the body to kill it. Instead the jabs have up to 50 billion spike proteins circulating into the bloodstream creating havoc on ACE2 receptors throughout all vital organs of the body. It is not a virus. It is a a foreign particle being produced by mRNA technology that anti-bodies can’t mitigate. So while this spike protein kills you slowly by attacking the brain, heart, kidney, liver etc, the anti-bodies try to seek out the virus that is associated with the spike protein but can’t find it because their is no virus in the vaccine. How the FDA can approve this as safe and effective is criminal. So anti-bodies can kill a virus that uses the spike protein as its delivery system but does nothing to neutralize the danger of the spike protein itself that normally stops in the lungs when you are exposed in nature. But now the vaccine is allowing the spike protein to get by the lungs, into the all your vital organs through your blood supply. The more spike protein that is injected or produced by your body through mRNA, the more your health is destroyed. If you want to stay healthy, don’t allow the spike protein into your body. In a process called reverse gene transcription, the vaccine can potentially change your DNA to keep making the protein and even pass it on to your offspring via birth. Educate yourself. What you don’t know can kill you and others.

    • ‘Building Back Better’.

      Just think…. ‘Big Pharma’ makes billions (if not trillions), crony bureaucrats (the ‘Deep State’) take their cut; meanwhile, the weakest, least productive and most expensive of our population are purged from existence and replaced with an immigrant workforce that is actually willing to do menial labor rebuilding U.S. ‘infrastructure’ and voting to ensure their overseers remain in power. What’s not to like?

      Yes, it sounds far-fetched to me too. But Orwellian as it seems, I must admit that I’m beginning to wonder about it. Isn’t this, after all, what China has been doing since its Cultural Revolution?

      • You are correct – they planned this over several decades. It’s working better in Europe, New Zealand, and Austrailia. They were flooded with immigrants and refugees. The citizens are not armed. Whatever is happening there is unleashed here weeks after. Seems unthinkable people can be so evil – yet, my ancestors and elders were likley thinking the same thing during the depression and WWII.

  10. I have a simple response. If you had the time to write up these questions, then you have the time to research them. Also, why are you wasting all this time asking questions that do not have anything to do with the company? I want someone who will be interested in my company. Next candidate.
