Pieciak endorsed by gay rights group

Democratic candidate for Treasurer Mike Pieciak has received the highest endorsement of the LGBTQ Victory Fund, the nation’s leading LGBTQ political advocacy organization. The key endorsement signals Victory Fund’s confidence that Pieciak is well-positioned to win the Treasurer’s race and will be a strong voice for equality once elected, a Victory Fund statement said.

“I am incredibly thankful to have received the Victory Fund’s endorsement,” Pieciak said. “It is an honor to be included among such dynamic and trailblazing LGBTQ+ leaders both here in Vermont and across the nation, particularly as we kick off Pride month.”

Other Vermont candidates endorsed by the Victory Fund this year include candidate for US House Becca Balint, Winooski Representative Taylor Small, and Burlington City Councilor Joe Magee.

  1. God have mercy and deliver us from the evil wickedness that persists in our State. Rebuke these demons and cast them out into the abyss from which they came.

  2. BUT … BUT… Was Kevin Divney endorsed by the same group?
What is it about this office that’s drawing these contestants out of the closet, err, umm, running for this position?
