    Randolph would do well to approach Bill Bohnyak and ask him to serve as Police Chief and put together a force from the obviously principled and qualified deputies who are leaving the Sherriff’s service when Bill goes. Randolph did will with the Sheriff’s service because of Bill and could do well again with him as Chief of Police for Randolph.
