  1. “A South Burlington man was arrested for DUI after he was spotted driving 106 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, state police said.”… This crime victim was immediately released after apologies for the ‘systemic racism’ imposed on him.

  2. A citation to appear in court??? He should NOT have been allowed to drive away & his license should be revoked – he is a danger to himself and to everyone else on the roadway and part of his sentencing should include a forcible haircut.

  3. How will the arrest of this young man be treated in law and in the court of public opinion relating to racial justice standards?

H.546 is a bill currently in the Vermont legislature calling for the collection and analysis of racial justice statistics……..H.546 calls for the creation of a new state bureaucracy to carry out this task to insure that systemic and structural racism are eliminated in Vermont if found.

Now, one has to wonder how the arrest of this young man for speeding 106 MPH while suspected of being DUI will be handled if H.546 becomes law……Will his arrest be considered further evidence of systemic or structural racism? Or will it be evidence of simply very bad judgement and behavior on the part of this young man that has absolutely nothing to do with race?

We could soon learn as racial justice statistics are analyzed, weighed and judged if H.546 becomes law.

    What do you think?

  4. Just because he was breaking the law by going double the speed limit,
those cops, I guess under Vermont’s liberal agenda they must have been
    racially profiling him…………………………..

  5. he’s a real good kid, just confused… “Send him to a social worker!” West Side Story

  6. I looked at the end of the story to see the outcome! Why even stop him to be released and do it again. He’ll end up killing some nice family. Impound his car and license, at least. until he shows up in court and keep him overnight until he sobers up. Why are we “so nice” to a no-good bum!
