  1. Having a storage unit go up in flames is bad news for the people who stored their stuff in the other units and have lost everything. I had a storage unit for a while several years ago and there was a guy living there; going between his vehicle parked there and the unit. I’d imagine this is happening more and more; all it takes is an oops with an open flame propane or kerosene heater or stove.
