What’s keeping runners away? Here’s a hypothesis: Burlington is a people-congested and traffic-congested, grimy, unsafe and crime-prone, expensive and obnoxious woken place to come and run or view a road race, when there are so many other safe, positive and healthful venues around the country and world.
