  1. I’ve had it with the freak show that is Vermont’s “congressional delegation”.

The story of note here instead are Chester’s two new police recruits who are a hell of a lot cuter and very likely possess a greater degree of intellect than any of Vermont’s bat crazy congressmembers and senators.

  2. The only surprise is that they took so long to say it! They are in lock step with everything their National leadership tell them to do, they are not representative of Vermont, at least the Vermont without the New Yorkers; oh yeah Bernie is from Brooklyn

  3. Vermont is in the limelight lately thanks to the radical overreach & unconstitutional exploits the state has been involved with and is now in the headlines of the online news site “Townhall” in an expose titled “Feds to Vermont: You Can’t Police the World’s Climate”.

VT: You be goin’ down. The 14th State apparently DOES have to abide by the US Constitution – and not just when it’s convenient.

If I were the mayor of Burlington, I wouldn’t be planning any “upscale amenities” like hot tubs or massage rooms for the clients of the “safe injection site” she is brazenly plowing ahead with…..being it’s yet another violation of federal law and all.

  4. Their days are numbered. Vermonters are tired of being told that these people represent real Vermont and its values.

    • They’ll be re-elected by New York second home owners, students and mail in ballots. Don’t worry

  5. Re: “The three members of Vermont’s congressional delegation on Wednesday, for the first time publicly, called Israel’s military campaign in Gaza a genocide, according to their offices.”

Have these three elected officials called for the release of the Israeli hostages taken on October 7th, 2023? If they have, why don’t they rail against Hamas? If they haven’t called for the release of the hostages, why don’t they?

It’s my understanding that the Israelis will agree to an almost immediate ceasefire if all of the remaining hostages (not a few of them at a time) are released. And if Hamas understands this, and still won’t release the hostages, what does that say about Hamas?

According to the BBC: “Posts on X from September 2025 indicate Israel accepted a U.S.-proposed ceasefire plan that included Hamas releasing all 48 remaining hostages and bodies within 48 hours, with Israel halting operations in Gaza City and beginning a gradual withdrawal. However, Hamas rejected an Israeli proposal to extend the first phase of the ceasefire by 50 days, suggesting ongoing tensions over the terms.”

‘Ongoing tensions over the terms’….? If it’s ‘genocide’, it seems that it’s Hamas’ war in Gaza that’s doing it… and Vermont’s congressional delegation is complicit.

  6. I’m APPALLED AND ASHAMED TO SAY I LIVE IN THIS STATE THE HATRED OF JEWS AND CONSERVATIVES IS DISGUSTING

  7. Balint used her Grandfather who was a victim of the nazi Holocaust to bolster her victimhood credentials as a candidate but now goes into full self-hating-Jew mode when it is politically advantageous to back Hamas. She deserves full membership with those revered members of the US House so lovingly referred to as “the squad”.
