  1. Now I remember why I refuse to buy these fool’s ice cream.. Wish people would boycott B+J’s and send the message that we’re sick of their woke bs. NO ONE CARES WHAT THEY THINK!

  2. they sold out their company years ago to unilever, now doing anything for media coverage , if they felt so strongly about these issues why not donate some of the millions they made in the sale.
Medicaid is not being cut for those eligible.

  3. I almost hate clicking on a Digger article, loaded with a bunch of stupid adds, I have no problem when the article is from VDC though.

    • Hi William, thank you for the compliment! Sometimes we publish VTDigger headlines and links because that’s where the news is, especially news that we couldn’t get to. So in the interest of providing as broad a spectrum of news topics and perspectives as possible, we offer the VTHeadlines column – including (sometimes) VTDigger. On occasion we also publish stories and commentary about Digger and other VT media, because the medium really is the message, to over-use and probably misuse Marshall McLuhan’s phrase.

I remember a Woody Allen movie (Sleeper maybe?) where he’s at a party and drops that expression into conversation, just to sound cool. Suddenly MM himself walks up and says, “You are an idiot. You have no idea what you’re talking about.” Ever since then I’ve been pretty careful about how I use that phrase!

Anyway, thanks to you and everyone else who read VDC and share it and support it and say nice things in print. Much appreciated!
