Twitter dismisses Clarence Thomas threat but censors peer-reviewed study on COVID vax and fertility –Yahoo allegedly throttling ex-NYU professor’s conservative email newsletter By Greg Piper | 28 June 2022 | Sharing a peer-reviewed study on temporary [male fertility] reduction from Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine violates Twitter policies. The social media company isn’t as sure about pledging to assassinate the Supreme Court’s lone black conservative, however… The Center Square collected several threats against Thomas and related tweets that arguably violate Twitter rules, including calls by verified users to burn down the Supreme Court building, while noting “several” had been taken down and “some have not.” …Retired New York University professor Michael Rectenwald said Facebook suspended him for “clearly criticizing” a screenshot of a threat against Justice Thomas that he posted. Rectenwald’s Citizens for Legitimate Government notified email newsletter subscribers Wednesday that they must now visit its website for links to its news sources. CLG’s web host determined that “certain Yahoo sub-domains” were “permanently” delaying delivery due to some of those linked sources in its news summaries. NATO Announces Increase in ‘High-Readiness Troops’ From 40,000 to 300,000 –The U.S. Air Force has also deployed F-35 Stealth Fighter jets to the region. | 27 June 2022 | The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has announced that they are increasing the number of troops on “High Readiness” from 40,000 to 300,000 given the situation in Ukraine. NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg made the announcement Monday morning in Brussels, adding “Extensive dialogue between NATO and Russia is no longer possible.” Units deployed across eight eastern and southeastern NATO countries to deter Russia hostilities will rise in size from 1,000-strong battlegroups to brigades, which comprise around 3,000-5,000 troops with more war-fighting equipment in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. “We will transform the NATO Response Force and increase the number of our high readiness forces to well over 300,000,” the NATO chief said.

Army Guard troops risk dismissal as vaccine deadline looms | 27 June 2022 | Up to 40,000 Army National Guard soldiers across the country — or about 13% of the force — have not yet gotten the mandated COVID-19 vaccine, and as the deadline for shots looms, at least 14,000 of them have flatly refused and could be forced out of the service. Guard soldiers have until Thursday to get the vaccine. According to data obtained by The Associated Press, between 20% to 30% of the Guard soldiers in six states are not vaccinated, and more than 10% in 43 other states still haven’t received shots. At least seven governors formally asked Austin to reconsider or not enforce the vaccine mandate for National Guard members, and some filed or signed on to lawsuits. In letters to the governors, Austin declined.

Federal Vaccine Mandate Blocked Again as Appeals Court Dissolves Earlier Ruling | 29 June 2022 | The vaccine mandate for federal employees will remain blocked at least until a September court hearing. A Texas appeals court is dissolving a previous decision that upheld the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for federal employees. On Monday, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to request a full court to rehear Feds for Medical Freedom v. Biden, effectively dissolving the court’s April decision. This means that Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, which he introduced via Executive Order 14043 in September 2021, will remain blocked as long as the court does not issue a decision otherwise. The court has tentatively calendared the en banc oral arguments for the week of Sept. 12.

Pediatrician Banned from Work for Refusing COVID Shots Sues Hospital Employer | 28 June 2022 | Pediatrician Paul Halczenko, MD, awaits a decision in an appeal he filed against Ascension Health, his employer for the last ten years. Dr. Halczenko and four other health care workers, were put on leave from their job at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital after refusing to be vaccinated for COVID-19 for religious reasons when it was mandated as a condition of employment for 14,700 employees in Indiana. Dr. Halczenko is one of only three pediatric intensive care unit doctors in Indiana. He and four other health care workers sued Ascension and St. Vincent Hospital for violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act… The four other health care workers who filed suit along with the doctor were allowed to return to work when Ascension repealed the vaccine mandate in December 2021. However, Dr. Halczenko, who works in critical care for pediatric patients, was told that he was not allowed to return to work.  

Second Pfizer Jab Taken After Shorter Interval May Have Higher Myocarditis, Pericarditis Risk, Doctor Says | 22 June 2022 | An 11-year-old Hong Kong girl vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine had symptoms of myocarditis. Since then, the Hong Kong Centre for Health Protection extended the interval between the first and second doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine from three to eight weeks for people between 18 and 59. Dr. Edmund Lam Wing-wo, a member of the Scientific Committee on Vaccine Preventable Diseases, responded on a radio program on June 20, 2022, that the World Health Organisation announced in January 2022 their recommendation for an 8-week interval between the first two doses. Studies have also shown that the risk of myocarditis or pericarditis caused by a longer interval could be lower. But due to the severe pandemic situation in Hong Kong during January, when all citizens were in urgent need of injections [well, to be completely fair and honest, no one “needs” a useless and possibly deadly injection], they decided not to follow the WHO guidelines.Latest survey shows the COVID vaccines are a disaster: approx. 750,000 dead in U.S. –In US, approximately 5M people who got the vaccine are now unable to work and approximately 750,000 are dead. The rate of heart issues is 6.6%, far more than they claimed. By Steve Kirsch | 25 June 2022 | Our latest poll is devastating for the official narrative:

1. a 6.6% rate of heart injury (>10M Americans)
2. 2.7% are unable to work after being vaccinated (>5M Americans) 
3. 6.3% had to be hospitalized (>10M Americans)
4. you were more likely to die from COVID if you’ve taken the vaccine.
5. Almost as many (77.4%) households lost someone from the vaccines as from COVID. If you believe that 1M people in the US have died from COVID, then this survey indicates that approx. 750,000 people died from the vaccine (10.18/13.15*1M) with a 95% confidence of at least 600,000 deaths.

The error bar computation on each question is here. We will be re-running this with a 5,000 sample size soon which will have smaller error bars. But the key point is that even if we choose the most conservative data points, the survey results are inconsistent with the “safe and effective” narrative. For example, the CDC hasn’t found anyone who has died from the mRNA vaccines and our survey shows at least 600,000 people have died.  

Voicemail indicates Joe Biden knew of Hunter deals with ‘spy chief of China’ | 27 June 2022 | Joe Biden called his son Hunter in late 2018 to discuss a New York Times article detailing the younger Biden’s dealings with a Chinese oil tycoon accused of economic crimes — telling him, “I think you’re clear,” according to a report Monday. The voicemail, discovered on a cellphone backup contained on Hunter Biden’s infamous discarded laptop, would appear to contradict President [sic] Biden’s continued denial that he ever talked with his disgraced 52-year-old son about his overseas business transactions — and was aware they could be improper.  

New York Supreme Court Strikes Down NYC Voting Rights for Foreign Nationals | 27 June 2022 | The New York Supreme Court has struck down a New York City law, passed by Democrats late last year, that sought to give municipal voting rights to nearly a million foreign nationals. As Breitbart News has chronicled, Democrats on the 51-member New York City Council approved a plan last month that allows more than 800,000 foreign nationals with green cards, visas, and work permits the opportunity to vote in citywide elections so long as they have resided in the city for at least 30 consecutive days. Subsequently, black Americans in New York City, along with naturalized American citizens, the New York State Republican Party, the Republican National Committee (RNC), and Democratic officials…sued Mayor Eric Adams (D) and the city’s Board of Elections. The lawsuit noted that the New York State Constitution expressly states that voting rights are a privilege reserved for American “citizens.”  

Supreme Court Rules in Favor of High School Football Coach Fired for Post-Game Prayers –Decision overturns the oft-reversed 9th Circuit Court of Appeals | 28 June 2022 | The Supreme Court ruled 6–3 on June 27 that a school district in Washington state violated First Amendment religious freedom protections when it fired high school football coach Joseph Kennedy for leading personal prayers at the 50-yard line after games. The decision is regarded as a victory for religious freedom. In the case, the high court held that the free exercise and free speech clauses of the First Amendment protect an individual engaging in a personal religious observance from government reprisal. The court found that the U.S. Constitution neither requires nor allows governments to suppress such religious expression.  

Judge blocks Louisiana abortion ‘trigger law’ from taking effect –The temporary block on the abortion law comes after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade | 27 June 2022 | A judge in Louisiana temporarily blocked three state laws that would ban virtually all abortions on Monday. The abortion bans were set to take effect if the Supreme Court ever overturned Roe v. Wade, which it did on Friday. Several states across the country have enacted similar laws, known as “trigger laws.” Orleans Parish Civil District Court Judge Robin Giarrusso issued the temporary block shortly after abortion providers in the state filed a lawsuit, according to the order.Attempted ‘Insurrection’: Cops use tear gas after lawmakers ‘held hostage’ in state Senate building –Arizona state lawmakers were forced to finish voting in a secure room in the Capitol | 25 June 2022 | Law enforcement officers in Phoenix, Arizona used tear gas to break up a sizable group of protesters outside the state’s Senate building following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the landmark abortion ruling Roe v. Wade. “Protesters threatened to break the AZ Senate entryway glass,” Republican Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted, as members were in the middle of voting on a series of bills. The situation escalated into a “hostage” situation as lawmakers were instructed not to exit the building, Republican Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend said. The Republican Caucus of the State Senate later called the protest an attempted “insurrection.” “We are currently there being held hostage inside the Senate building due to members of the public trying to breach our security,” Townsend tweeted Friday night. “We smell tear gas and the children of one of the members are in the office sobbing with fear.” “I expect a J24 committee to be created immediately,” she added, referencing the January 6 committee that is investigating the breach of the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6, 2021.

‘Death to SCOTUS’: Rioters smash windows, graffiti threats on private property during violent protests | 26 June 2022 | A large group of rioters was seen in downtown Portland, Oregon, smashing windows and vandalizing several buildings Saturday night. The group also graffitied messages targeting the U.S. Supreme Court. The group, made of about 100 people, were yelling and chanting as they marched down the streets and would periodically stop to destroy and graffiti objects. “Death to SCOTUS,” one black spray-painted message said. Members of the group smashed several windows of a Starbucks Coffee building and others were seen destroying a Tesla car.

Pro-choice demonstrators cheer as American flag burns in nation’s capital | 24 June 2022 | Pro-choice protesters in Washington, D.C. burned the American flag on Friday night following the Supreme Court decision which reversed Roe v. Wade. Protesters burned the American flag near the intersection of D St. NW and 7th St SW in Washington, D.C. on Friday night. One sign that was next to the burning flag read “F–k MPD” and another reads “F–k you Thomas, Alito, Coney Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Roberts.” Protesters could be heard cheering as the American flag was burned on the Washington, D.C., street.

Justin Trudeau Weeps Over U.S. Women ‘Losing’ the Right Over Their Bodies – After Forcing Every Person in Canada to Receive Experimental Vaccine | 24 June 2022 | Tyrant Justin Trudeau spoke out on Friday over the U.S. Supreme Court overturning the Roe v. Wade decision. Obviously, all of the important issues in Canada have already been resolved. Trudeau lectured from his Twitter pulpit: “The news coming out of the United States is horrific. My heart goes out to the millions of American women who are now set to lose their legal right to an abortion. I can’t imagine the fear and anger you are feeling right now. No government, politician, or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body. I want women in Canada to know that we will always stand up for your right to choose.” Of course, this is the same man who forced every man, woman, and nonbinary in Canada to take the experimental COVID vaccine or face starvation and death.

Special counsel rules Biden’s energy secretary violated Hatch Act –Granholm remarked that it was ‘good news’ Democrats had taken majority control of Congress during an interview in her official capacity | 28 June 2022 | The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) determined that Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm violated the Hatch Act during a late 2021 interview. The OSC said Granholm explicitly endorsed Democratic Party candidates during an Oct. 6 interview in her official capacity with media outlet Marie Clare, according to a response letter sent to the Foundation for Accountability & Civic Trust (FACT) on June 9. FACT requested that the OSC investigate the matter shortly after the interview was published. During the interview, Granholm remarked that it was “good news” voters gave Democrats majority control of the House and Senate in 2020.

Baby Formula Stock Rates Not Improving, May Take Months to Change – Report | 28 June 2022 | International flights carrying much-needed baby formula have touched down in the United States, but stock rates have yet to improve as supply chain woes continue hurting citizens, according to a report. Although White House officials committed to bring in enough formula for approximately 40 million 8 ounce bottles, the stock rates for formula kept sinking, per data from Information Resources Incorporated (IRI), CNN reported Tuesday. CNN noted: More than 21% of formula products — powder, ready-to-drink and liquid — were out of stock during the week ending June 19… Stock rates for powder formula, specifically, are even worse. More than 27% of powder formula products were out of stock during the week ending June 19, up from 25% the prior week and 23% the week before that, IRI data shows.

At Least 50 People Found Dead in a Truck Carrying Suspected Migrants in San Antonio | 28 June 2022 | At least 50 people were found dead in an 18-wheeler truck carrying suspected illegal immigrants on a remote back road in southwest San Antonio, according to officials. William McManus, the city’s police chief, said that a city worker was alerted to the situation by a cry for help shortly before 6 p.m. on Monday. Officers arrived at the site of the tractor-trailer rig near the intersection of Cassin Drive and Quintana Road and found a body on the ground outside the vehicle, which had a door that was partially opened. Another 16 people, four of whom were children, were taken to hospitals with heat-related illnesses, Fire Chief Charles Hood said, adding that they were hot to the touch and dehydrated. He also noted that no water was found in the truck. [Note: Updated death toll is 51.]

Yes, Biden Is Hiding His Plan to Rig the 2022 Midterm Elections –The White House is refusing to share details about its coordinated efforts to engage in a federal takeover of election administration. | 23 June 2022 | Biden really does not want the public to know about his federal takeover of election administration. Dozens of members of Congress have repeatedly asked for details, to no avail. Good government groups, members of the media, and private citizens have filed requests under the Freedom of Information Act. Not a single one has been responded to. All signs indicate a concerted effort to keep the public in the dark until at least after the November midterm elections. The lack of transparency and responsiveness is so bad that the Department of Justice and some of its agencies have been repeatedly sued for the information.

Ghislaine Maxwell sentenced to 20 years –Maxwell was convicted in December on sex trafficking charges. | 28 June 2022 | Ghislaine Maxwell, the associate of Jeffrey Epstein who lured underage girls into the disgraced financier’s lurid world, was sentenced Tuesday to 20 years in federal prison and a 750,000 fine following her December conviction on five criminal counts, including sex trafficking. Maxwell addressed the court for five minutes and said she empathized with the victims, but she didn’t take responsibility for causing their suffering. To the victims, Maxwell said, “I am sorry for the pain that you experienced,” adding, “I hope my conviction and harsh incarceration” brings some closure… Maxwell, who maintains her innocence, accused the government of treating her “as if she were a proxy” for Epstein and asked the judge to impose a sentence well below the maximum 55 years.
