Primary: Voter registration, local voting info, Election Night results found on Secretary of State page

Members of the public can find voting results for the Tuesday, August 13 primary after the polls close, beginning at 7 PM. 

According to a statement issued Monday, August 5 by the Vermont Secretary of State’s office, unofficial results are reported to the Secretary of State by Vermont cities and towns after polls close on the evening of August 13 and are posted on the Secretary of State’s website. Results will be unofficial until the Canvassing Committee meets to certify the results on August 20.

  1. translated into 14 languages!. Only about 140 more countries to go. Maybe 1/3 of them are criminals.

  2. We should pay close attention to the primary results. There are no mandated mail-in ballots provided to everyone on the voter registration lists. There are no Zuckerbucks facilitating the mail-in ballot methodology. A larger percentage of the electorate will be voting on election day using paper ballots. In other words, we’ll get a relatively accurate indication of voting profiles to compare with the November election results.

    • Frankly, I am surprised they did not mail out primary ballots just to muddy the waters from revealing any significant trend discrepancies after the general election.
