A Vermont lawyer is running a radio ad looking for Vermont parents whose children have been vaccinated in school against their wishes.

After the Vermont Supreme Court ruled that a Brattleboro family had no legal recourse against a Vermont public school that vaccinated their 6-year-old son against their specific instructions, Attorneys John Klar and Ron Ferrara filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court.

The US Supreme Court declined to hear the case, but Klar learned during his representation of other families with similar complaints. This has prompted a statewide advertising campaign by radio and social media to provide Vermont parents who believe their minor children may have been given medical interventions without their consent an opportunity to confer for free with legal counsel.

Klar has launched radio and social media announcements inviting parents to go to protectmychild.net and tell their story. There is no fee for this service. Klar and other attorneys will review these contacts for possible violations of the law, especially with regard to the administration of HPV vaccines, birth control, hormone therapies, or puberty blockers to minor children without parental involvement or consent.

A network of attorneys admitted to practice law in Vermont will then consider whether to file suit to stop what Klar claims is a widespread violation of fundamental parental rights by Vermont authorities.

The radio announcements will begin on May 5 on the following stations: WCVR, WNTK, 99 Rock, WVMT, Star 92.9, 95 triple X, 101.3 the Wolf, 96.7, 92.1, WVTK, 97.1-105.9-960 The Game, WKNE, WKVT, WINK, Moo 92, Magic 97.7, MJJZ, WKXH, WEQX, 94.5, Z97.1, 98.1 WJJR, 104.7 the Point, and WDOT. Notices will run commencing on May 12 on The Light Christian Radio.

If you or someone you know believes your rights may have been violated, go to protectmychild.net and complete the form. The ads may also be heard here at Vermont Daily Chronicle (see above)

  1. Had experience with that Supreme Court, $250 for 2-1/2 mins presentation, a complete waste. They have their minds made up prior in reading the presentations. They walk in likes ducks in file order and walk out afterwards the same. Very Liberal. Each party has only mins to argue. If they ask many questions, it’s deducted from your time. Who gets to select these turkeys? Any arguing conservative in VT is dead meat.

  2. Which Vermont authorities will go to jail for violation of the parents rights?????? Now, who will pay the fees for these lawyers in the future?????? Will the taxpayers end up paying for the damaged children???? Looks like somebody will have to spend a lot of money to solve this case.

  3. Last I heard, Klar was not admitted to the bar in VT. Has that changed, and if so, when?
