To the editor:
I am calling for Becca Balint to resign from the United State House of Representatives.
Balint’s disgusting and shallow comments at her recent public meeting in Newport claiming that we need immigrants “to wipe our asses” and other nasty positions is not becoming of a Member of Congress. Her comments are very telling about what she and the Democrat-Socialist party in DC are advocating in Congress and here in Vermont.
On 28 May, Balint hosted a controlled public meeting in Newport. She told the crowd that Congress must take steps to bring more people here, meaning, we need more immigrants, she did use the word legally, saying “legally to work and build a home here”… However, she went nasty about immigrants, continuing “were not going to have anyone around to wipe our asses because we don’t have enough people.”
We Republicans, including President Trump support LEGAL immigration through a due diligence vetting process, not Biden’s and the democrats open borders to everyone anyways..
She has only worked for the rights of illegal criminal aliens, males in female sports, transitioning young children in schools, DEI Equity programs and open borders. This does not work, we are a Nation of Laws with a Constitution, and Becca Balint is violating it and the American people’s way of tranquil life.
When she first went to Congress three years ago, her first speech on the House floor when she introduced herself she did so saying “I’m a lesbian. Who cares! You’re a Vermonter 0who ran and won. Be proud. Now fight for ALL Vermonters! https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1APxyWjzxz/

Then, in the last month at a “Hands-Off” hate and lie about President Trump rally in Montpelier, Balint went on stage and referred to herslf as the “scrappy little dyke.” Who cares! Its NOT about you Becky, its about ALL Vermonters!
Is this representing all Vermonters? I say not. Becca Balint is concerned about one person, herself. In a time when the Biden Administration left America in a financial, economic, social, borders, schools etc mess, she is not working for Vermonter’s financial well being. Where is her plan to lower inflation, make America energy strong and not dependent of foreign sources, to give tax breaks to working families, fix immigration policy, get all the chemicals out of our foods and increase our good food supplies, and stop the violence across America.
I demand Becca Balint to resign her seat in Congress immediately, and for Governor Phil Scott to organize a Special election in sixty (60) days for an open special election process to replacement her.
For more imformation and to help in this process email us at: thayer4vermont@aol.com
Authors note; this letter was sent to Rep. Becca Balint, D/P-VT. before being sent to be publicly published.

Everything she does and says proves she is representing a very narrow part of he constituents, doing nothing for the entirety of Vermonter residence and making her entire stance about the Democrat Party national issues and waiving their banner of lies in an apparent attempt to force division in the State, also under the guise of her office showed her incompetence by putting together a sentence that brought ridicule upon the State
What do you want me to do? Sign a petition ? Get one to me to sign. Write a letter to her staff member that handles that for her ? Tell me what you need and I will do my best to help rid the state of this “Scrappie Little Commie” !
Becca needs an opponent in general election in 2026. An opponent that will focus on the immediate concerns of every Vermonter. She and her leftist colleagues have broken the backs of working Vermonters and retirees with oppressive taxation and irresponsible spending on failed systems of their own creation.
Re: “An opponent that will focus on the immediate concerns of every Vermonter.”
That’s a pretty broad brush, Stu. I’m curious if you know anyone capable of doing that.
I surely don’t.
H. Jay Eshelman
Focusing on the immediate concerns of citizens within the framework of the Vermont Constitution. The government cannot be everything to everyone. I know many potentially great candidates but most lack the financial backing to get their message out. Having read many of your posts I suspect you would be a good candidate. You have a good grasp of the issues at hand.
Stu, I’m the last person who would presume to know every Vermonter’s concerns. I was just wondering if you knew such a person. I’ve made, and continue to make, my opinions clear for everyone to consider. As the saying goes – you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.
At this point, I have no reason to run for office. I think I’m as prepared as I can be for Vermont’s inevitable financial and moral bankruptcy. And if you really think I do have a good grasp of the issues at hand, I suggest you take my advice and prepare yourself and your family for that eventuality too.
Nothing I can do or say, no amount of cajoling others, has convinced those on both sides of the aisle, those who believe they know what’s best for the rest of us, that they are self-destructing.
‘Praemonitus praemunitus.’
Yes, and his name is Mark Coester.
Let us remember that Mr. Thayer received 38% of the vote in the 2024 Republican primary for lieutenant governor. His views are hardly shared by mainstream Republicans much less the general populace.
Mr. Thayer’s views are based on the founding documents of our state and our nation. His views include striving for Peace and Prosperity, Liberty and Justice for all, and an unshakable respect for the hardworking taxpayers of this state. It is unfortunate that the majority of Republicans and Vermonters do not share his views. This is why our state government is bankrupt and plagued with societal decay.
I appreciate your support Johnnie. Thank you.
Why only demand Becca resign? She is not the only paid, installed, belligerent thespian portraying a role in this Theater of the Absurd. She is a performance artist – an Academy Award worthy puppet for the New World Order – the One World power structure, the One World digital currency, the One World religion, the One World control apparatus. C’mon man! Take a look into Palantier and what their role is and allegedly buried inside that Big Beautiful Bill (aka 666.)
By the way, as if there isn’t enough going on right now: STOCKHOLM, June 12 (Reuters) – The annual Bilderberg Meeting kicks off in Sweden on Thursday, providing a private forum for discussion at a time when President Donald Trump has upended security and economic ties between the U.S. and Europe (*BS Alert!). The high-level networking event was formed in 1954 to foster dialogue between the U.S. and Europe. It does not invite media and delegates rarely speak about what has been discussed, triggering numerous conspiracy theories about their aims.”

Strange (pretending to be estranged) bedfellows indeed! Riddle me this – no media invites – yet NYT and the Atlantic are within? Here’s your sign – carry on!
The only active military attending are a US General and a US Admiral. I’d like to read that ‘after action’ report to their boss.
Our “scrappy little dyke” (her words not mine) is irresponsible and should step down. Her focus is clearly narrow in the and she has proven her position by stating that she believes immigrants are here to “wipe our asses” (her words not mine). This is a disgrace and clearly who she is when she thinks people are not listening. I support a statewide petition asking her to step down immediately if not sooner.
Mr. Thayer, I concur and will support, actively support, any Republican with a modicum of conservative ideals to run against her. Thank you for also calling for her to step down. I too sent her a letter as well as a letter to the editor of every newspaper I could in Vermont.
