Breaking: Justice Clarence Thomas hospitalized ‘after experiencing flu-like symptoms’ | 20 March 2022 | Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC, on Friday evening “after experiencing flu-like symptoms,” the court’s public information office said Sunday evening. “He underwent tests, was diagnosed with an infection, and is being treated with intravenous antibiotics,” the court’s press release said. “His symptoms are abating, he is resting comfortably, and he expects to be released from the hospital in a day or two…” it added. Thomas’s hospitalization comes as the justices, all of whom are vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19, are expected to take the bench Monday morning for arguments.

Zelensky Announces Ban on 11 Political Parties–At the onset of the Feb. 24 invasion, Zelensky signed a measure that established martial law and general mobilization. | 20 March 2022 | Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a measure that bans 11 opposition political parties, alleging they have ties to Russia, he announced in a Telegram video posted on March 20. Zelensky also said “wartime exposes quite well the paucity of personal ambitions of those who try to put their own ambitions” or “their own party or career above the interests of the state,” according to a translation. The National Security Council agreed to suspend the parties, Ukrinform reported, citing Zelensky’s video address. The Ukrainian Ministry of Justice has been told to immediately take measures to ban those political parties, he said. Zelensky didn’t provide evidence that linked the 11 opposition parties to the Russian government.

The new channel will be known as “Unique News #UArazom,” according to the decree.

CDC Removes 24 Percent of Child COVID-19 Deaths, Thousands of Others –Several deaths have drowning as a cause of death; several others were listed as being from a gun discharge, according to an Epoch Times review of the death codes. –Nearly a quarter of the pediatric COVID-19 deaths had vanished. | 19 March 2022 | The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has removed tens of thousands of deaths linked to COVID-19, including nearly a quarter of deaths it had listed in those under 18 years old. The health agency quietly made the change on its data tracker website on March 15. “Data on deaths were adjusted after resolving a coding logic error. This resulted in decreased death counts across all demographic categories,” the CDC says on the site… The statistics are often cited by doctors and others when pushing for COVID-19 vaccination, including figures who believe virtually all children should be vaccinated. Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the CDC’s director, cited the tracker’s death total in November 2021 while pushing for an expert panel to advise her agency to recommend vaccination for all children 5- to 11-years-old.

‘We’re a Free State’: DeSantis Defends Florida’s New Guidance on COVID-19 Vaccines for Children | 16 March 2022 | Florida is leading the way on rational guidance regarding the risks and benefits for children and COVID-19 vaccines, Gov. Ron DeSantis said on March 16 as he defended the state’s new guidance. Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, a DeSantis appointee, on March 8 issued the guidance for parents, asserting that the risks to their child from getting a jab may outweigh the benefits. “Based on currently available data, healthy children aged 5 to 17 may not benefit from receiving the currently available COVID-19 vaccine. The department recommends that children with underlying conditions are the best candidates for the COVID-19 vaccine,” the guidance states. Ladapo “is leading on this,” DeSantis told reporters at an unrelated press conference in Hialeah on Wednesday.

New woke NYC health commissioner sparks fury as he orders under-fives to be masked FOREVER and says his four-year-old isn’t ‘safe’ without one: Furious parents slam the defund the police supporting mental health expert for ‘torturing’ kids –The health expert also said he doesn’t plan to drop the city’s workplace vaccine mandate anytime soon –Many slammed Vasan as “ridiculous” and “nuts,” alleging he and the others in power are corrupt and ‘torturing children’ | 19 March 2022 | New York City’s new health commissioner sparked outrage after announcing that children aged five and under should wear face masks indefinitely, bucking the national trend of ditching masks and going in the face of vast evidence that kids are at little risk from Covid-19. “I think it’s indefinite at this point,” Dr. Ashwin Vasan said Friday during a COVID-19 briefing in Queens. His comments sparked fear and fury among frustrated New York parents who face having to force their young children to keep wearing a mask in the face of mounting evidence that they are at little risk. Friday’s remarks were made during his first-ever COVID press conference and have been met with anger online by many who accused him of “torturing children.” “It should be us as parents choice if we want our children to wear a mask. Worry about the crime rate in NYC & not our children,” Kimberly Raimondo stated.

YouTube Flags Tulsi Gabbard’s Criticism of ‘War Machine’ as ‘Offensive’ Content | 16 March 2022 | YouTube flagged a Fox News interview in which former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard said war in Ukraine was good for the military industrial complex as “offensive” content. Yes, really. Apparently, upsetting war profiteering defense contractors is now grounds for censorship. During the interview, host Laura Ingraham asked Gabbard why people were still demanding no fly zones, something that would likely cause World War III, when President Zelensky was “stepping back from his earlier NATO wishes and even demands?” Gabbard responded by pointing out that Zelensky has said he’s willing to negotiate with Putin and “set this NATO membership thing aside.” According to YouTube, such advocacy for peace is borderline content and needs to be hidden behind a warning screen. The video is also age-restricted.

British publishers censor books for Western readers to appease China | 15 March 2022 | Two British publishers have censored books intended for Western readers to ensure they can be printed cheaply in China, in the latest instance of companies yielding to Beijing’s restrictions on free speech. Octopus Books, part of literary empire Hachette, and London-listed Quarto have removed references to Taiwan and other subjects banned by Chinese authorities from several books, according to two people familiar with the matter. The revelations follow a string of censorship controversies in the publishing sector. In 2017, academic publishers Springer Nature and Cambridge University Press were criticized after it emerged they had each blocked hundreds of articles from being accessed in China. But evidence obtained by the Financial Times gives the first indication that books sold in the West are also being amended to appease Beijing.

Republicans demand new probe into Hunter Biden laptop, coverup | 19 March 2022 | A growing number of Republicans around the country are demanding a new investigation into Hunter Biden after the New York Times confirmed the authenticity of a laptop whose contents were published by The Post 17 months ago. Though The Post exclusively revealed in September 2020 the existence of Hunter Biden’s laptop and the potentially compromising material contained there, the story was censored by social media companies at the behest of the Democratic Party. Mainstream media outlets — including The Times — attacked or ignored The Post revelations, while the Biden administration falsely suggested it was part of a Russian disinformation campaign. More than 50 intelligence agency officials publicly attempted to discredit the coverage saying it had “the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” — and none offered any apology when contacted by The Post this week. Upstate Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney said Saturday that the episode demanded congressional action.

Spies who lie: 51 ‘intelligence’ experts refuse to apologize for discrediting true Hunter Biden story By the New York Post | 18 March 2022 | (Opinion) They are the supposed nonpartisan group of top spies looking out for the best interest of the nation. But the 51 former “intelligence” officials who cast doubt on The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop stories in a public letter really were just desperate to get Joe Biden elected president. And more than a year later, even after their Deep State sabotage has been shown again and again to be a lie, they refuse to own up to how they undermined an election. The officials, including CNN pundit and professional fabricator James Clapper — a man who was nearly charged for perjury for lying to Congress — signed a letter saying that the laptop “has the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” What proof did they have? By their own admission, none. “We do not know if the emails…are genuine or not,” the letter said. They’re just “suspicious.” Why? Because they hurt Biden’s campaign, that’s evidence enough… There have been no consequences. Twitter and Facebook still censor information based on political bias, and Congress takes no action. Many of the letter signers continue to be used as “experts” by the media.

Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop confirmed in New York Times report| 17 March 2022 | A comprehensive report about the ongoing federal probe into Hunter Biden’s tax filings published by the New York Times on Wednesday night confirmed the existence of the first son’s infamous laptop. In October 2020, The Post exclusively reported on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop that he ditched at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019. The laptop’s hard drive contained a trove of emails, text messages, photos and financial documents between Hunter Biden, his family and business associates — detailing how the president’s son used his political leverage in his overseas business dealings. The repair shop owner reported the laptop to the FBI, which seized the device and its hard drive. As part of their investigation into Hunter Biden, the Times reports, federal prosecutors have looked into emails between the first son and his former business associates that were recovered from the laptop.

Democrats Sue to Disqualify Three GOP Congressmen From 2022 Ballot, Alleging Role in Insurrection, Election Manipulation –Conservative senator calls partisan lawsuit ‘total nonsense’ | 17 March 2022 | Democratic Party activists in Wisconsin have filed a suit in federal court arguing that a pro-Trump senator and two pro-Trump congressmen should be barred from office for speaking out on 2020 election irregularities and allegedly attempting to manipulate the congressional certification of the presidential election results. The Wisconsin Republican lawmakers targeted by the suit are two-term Sen. Ron Johnson, two-term Rep. Tom Tiffany, and freshman Rep. Scott Fitzgerald. All are seeking reelection in November. The suit claims the lawmakers cannot serve in Congress because the disqualification clause in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment forbids it. That rarely invoked constitutional provision was enacted in the wake of the Civil War to keep former Confederates out of Congress. Johnson dismissed the lawsuit, telling The Epoch Times it is “total nonsense.”

Trump Rules Out Pence as Running Mate for Potential 2024 Bid | 16 March 2022 | Former President Donald Trump will not pick his former vice president as his running mate if he does run again for president in the upcoming election. “I don’t think the people would accept it,” Trump told the Washington Examiner. [He’s right about that!] Trump and Pence presented a united front during much of their time in office but diverged over how to handle the 2020 election. Trump felt Pence should have taken action as the official presiding over the electoral vote count in Congress; but Pence said he felt he could not do anything, citing the U.S. Constitution.

Federal Prosecutors Admit to Violating Legal Rights of Capitol Riot Defendant, Request Charges Be Dismissed | 15 March 2022 | Federal prosecutors on Monday, in what is described as a “rare mistake,” admitted to violating the legal rights of a Capitol riot defendant and asked a judge to dismiss the criminal charges against him. At issue is the right to a speedy trial for Lucas Denney of Texas, which lawyers from the U.S. Attorney’s Office admit were violated in his case. A press release from the Department of Justice (DOJ) indicates Denney has been charged and accused of having “grabbed and shoved a police officer” and swinging a “long metal pole” at them, among other things. He was detained in December without bail but wasn’t transferred to Washington for six weeks. Once there, according to a Politico report, nobody contacted the D.C. court to get a hearing for Denney for over three weeks.

Judge Slams DOJ for ‘Trampling’ Rights of Capitol Riot Defendant – ‘No Excuse to Treat a Human Being Like That’ | 8 March 2022 | A judge on Monday admonished the Justice Department for their handling of Capitol riot cases, suggesting the sheer size and scope of the investigation led to some defendants having their rights “trampled.” U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui made the unusually stern denunciation at a hearing for Lucas Denney of Texas, whom the judge states was “lost” in the system as the DOJ sought to prosecute a considerable number of cases involving January 6. Faruqui, who noted he was formerly a federal prosecutor in the same U.S. Attorney’s Office leading the investigation, suggested the government had “bitten off more than it can chew.” “You have been lost for months,” the judge told Denney. “There’s no excuse to treat a human being like that. …There is no circumstance under which any person should be forgotten.”

Josh Hawley: Biden’s SCOTUS Pick Has ‘Pattern of Letting Child P-rn Offenders off the Hook’ | 17 March 2022 | Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) called out Joe Biden’s nominee for United States Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, for having “a pattern of letting child p-rn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes.” In a series of tweets detailing Judge Jackson’s rulings, interviews, articles, and speeches, Hawley called attention to the “alarming pattern when it comes to Judge Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children.” Biden nominated Jackson to replace retiring Justice Stephen Breyer last month, fulfilling his campaign promise to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court.

Judge orders Jussie Smollett be released from jail on bond pending his hate crime hoax conviction appeal –Smollett was sentenced to 150 days in jail | 16 March 2022 | A court ordered the release of Jussie Smollett from jail on bond as the appeal of his conviction is pending. Smollett was recently sentenced to 150 days in jail after he was convicted of lying to Chicago police about being the victim of a hate crime back in 2019. The Empire actor was convicted on five felony counts of disorderly conduct for lying to police. On Wednesday, the appeals court, in a 2-1 decision, said Smollett could be released after posting a personal recognizance bond of 150,000, meaning he doesn’t have to put down money but agrees to come to court as required.

  1. Of course there is ALWAYS more to the story than a trash publication, which along with its founder Steve Bannon admit to be biased in favor of the likes of Trump and his insurrectionists, like Brietbart published (see Josh Hawley: Biden’s SCOTUS Pick Has ‘Pattern of Letting Child P-rn Offenders off the Hook’ | 17 March 2022 | Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and unfortunately has been picked up by the Vermont Chronicle. Here are some more relevant facts that we should all be interested in considering, facts that Breitbart would rather we not see:

Not publishing or promoting junk like Breitbart is not sensorship, it is screening out garbage in the interest of ensuring that the Vermont Chronical is seen as a provider of quality news and information.
