Vermont State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying an Amazon delivery driver accused of stealing from a Cornwall residence earlier this month.
Troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded about 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 5, to a home on Parkhill Road, where the resident reported a theft, police said.
According to investigators, the delivery driver had dropped off a package at the home of 58-year-old Robert Knippler before allegedly taking a leaf blower from the property.

The suspect has not yet been identified. Police released video footage (in format incompatible with WordPress) of the incident and are urging anyone who recognizes the driver to contact the New Haven Barracks at 802-388-4919 or submit an anonymous tip at vsp.vermont.gov/tipsubmit.
The investigation is ongoing.
