Alleged parking garage shooter gets lawyer, surrenders to cops

The suspect in a 2 AM Saturday morning shooting in a Burlington parking garage has lawyered up and turned himself in, police say.

According to a March 30 WCAX report, Roderick Hudson, 22, of South Burlington “got an attorney and turned himself into police.” He reportedly Hudson is charged with second-degree attempted homicide and multiple counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and reckless endangerment.

As reported last weekend on WCAX, Burlington police were searching for a suspect in a 2 AM, Saturday morning shooting in the Burlington Marketplace parking garage. 

Police said a man portrayed in surveillance video shot two people. One received minor injuries, another is in stable condition at UVMMC hospital. A third person had minor shrapnel wounds.
