Macron Sparks Backlash After Commenting He Wants to Bully Unvaccinated ‘Until the End’ | 5 Jan 2022 | French President [and World Economic Forum scum-bag] Emmanuel Macron has drawn condemnation from political opponents after he made a controversial statement this week, saying he is determined to make the lives of French citizens who refuse to get vaccinated against the CCP virus miserable. “I’m not for p—ing off the French…Now the unvaccinated, I really want to p— them off. And so, we’re going to keep doing it, until the end. This is the strategy,” Macron said during an interview with Le Parisien on Tuesday. Macron went on to say that he “won’t send [unvaccinated people] to prison,” but he will make their lives more complicated and encourage people not vaccinated against COVID-19 to get the shot by “limiting as much as possible their access to activities in social life.” “So we need to tell them–from Jan. 15, you will no longer be able to go to the restaurant. You will no longer be able to go for a coffee, you will no longer be able to go to the theatre. You will no longer be able to go to the cinema.” A parliamentary debate proposing a new set of coronavirus rules for unvaccinated people was suspended on Wednesday as opposition lawmakers accused Macron of using divisive language, urging the president to explain himself.
COVID-19: Sajid Javid directly challenged on mandatory coronavirus jabs by unvaccinated NHS doctor –Steve James, a consultant anesthetist who has been treating coronavirus patients since the start of the pandemic, tells Health Secretary Sajid Javid about his displeasure with the government’s policy of mandatory vaccination for NHS staff. | 7 Jan 2022 | Health Secretary Sajid Javid has been directly challenged by an unvaccinated hospital consultant over the government’s policy of compulsory COVID jabs for NHS staff. During a visit to King’s College Hospital in south London, Mr. Javid asked staff members on the intensive care unit about their thoughts on new rules requiring vaccination for NHS workers. And Steve James, a consultant anesthetist who has been treating coronavirus patients since the start of the pandemic, told the health secretary about his displeasure. “I’m not happy about that,” he said. “I had COVID at some point, I’ve got antibodies, and I’ve been working on COVID ICU since the beginning. “I have not had a vaccination, I do not want to have a vaccination. The vaccines are reducing transmission only for about eight weeks for Delta, with Omicron it’s probably less. “And for that, I would be dismissed if I don’t have a vaccine? The science isn’t strong enough.”
Medical Ethics Prof on CNN: ‘Penalize’ Unvaccinated Americans – Deny Them Affordable Health Insurance | 5 Jan 2022 | NYU Professor of Bioethics Arthur Caplan, a guest on CNN Wednesday, said it is time to “shame” and “blame” unvaccinated Americans, adding that society should “penalize” them in a variety of ways, including higher hospital bills and insurance premiums. “…It’s the unvaccinated who are going to be hurt, so why should anyone who is boosted bother at this point to do anything that makes the unvaccinated more safe?” CNN’s John Berman asked. “…I’ll condemn them. I’ll shame them. I’ll blame them. But I don’t want to exclude them,” Caplan replied, before detailing his desire to “penalize” unvaccinated Americans and implement more coercive tactics to corner them into getting the shot. “…We can penalize them more. We can say, ‘You’ve got to pay more on your hospital bill if you weren’t vaccinated. You can’t get life insurance or disability insurance at affordable rates if you weren’t vaccinated.’ Those companies should not treat us as equals in terms of what the financial burdens are that that disease imposes.”
Judge Gives FDA Eight Months, Not 75 Years, to Produce Pfizer Safety Data –The U.S. Food and Drug Administration will have eight months — not the 75 years it requested [!] — to release all documents related to the licensing of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID vaccine, a federal judge ruled Thursday. | 7 Jan 2022 | The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will have eight months — not the 75 years it requested — to release all documents related to the licensing of Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID vaccine, a federal judge ruled Thursday. In his ruling, Judge Mark Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, quoted President John F. Kennedy, writing, “A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.” Judge Pittman rejected the FDA’s claim that it could release redacted versions of documents at a rate of only 500 pages per month, which would have meant the full cache of documents wouldn’t become public until 2096. The documents in question relate to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed in August 2021 by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT), a group of more than 30 medical and public health professionals and scientists from institutions such as Harvard, Yale, and UCLA.

The 6th Circuit was split in a 2-1 decision: Majority: Suhrheinrich (George H. W. Bush appointee), Bush (Trump appointee). Dissent: Cole (Clinton appointee). Ohio, Tennessee and Kentucky filed a lawsuit against Biden and argued that nothing in the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act authorizes the contractor mandate and that the mandate violates several other federal statutes… A federal judge last month blocked Joe Biden’s vaccine requirement for federal contractors nationwide.

US denies role in Kazakhstan uprising –White House says ‘crazy Russian claims’ of US instigating civil unrest in Central Asia are ‘absolutely false’ [Really?! Not my first polka.] | 5 Jan 2022 | Joe Biden’s spokesperson has denied that the US government is behind the violent protests that have rocked Kazakhstan this week, claiming that unnamed “Russians” have falsely accused Washington of triggering the tumult. The White House is monitoring the protests in Kazakhstan and supports “calls for calm, for protesters to express themselves peacefully and for authorities to exercise restraint,” Jen Psaki told reporters on Wednesday. late on Wednesday, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev asked the Russia-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) for help in stabilizing the situation, saying “foreign-trained terrorists” [think CIA] were overrunning strategic facilities. His government declared a nationwide state of emergency. [The White House is monitoring protests in Kazakhstan and called for “protesters to express themselves peacefully,” just as Trump did on January 6, 2021. Amazing how one call for peaceful protest is lauded by the media and another provided grounds for impeachment and investigations.]
Jan. 6 anniversary: MSNBC invites historian to invoke the Holocaust, backs comparisons to 9/11, Pearl Harbor –Historian and TV pundit Douglas Brinkley says Jan. 6 ‘has to be a crusade that’s every day’ | 6 Jan 2022 | A guest on MSNBC heightened the [insane] rhetoric even more than Democrats and liberal pundits on the one-year anniversary of the Jan. 6 riot on Capitol Hill. During a panel discussion on Thursday, Rice University history professor Douglas Brinkley agreed with Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wy., that history will judge those who attempted to minimize the violence that took place during the peaceful transition of power, praising her as “brave” and a “true profile in courage” [LOL!] for bucking the rest of her party, even comparing her to “brave Republicans” like Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt and [traitor] John McCain. “But we have film footage of what happened on January 6th, we have proof,” Brinkley told MSNBC anchor Craig Melvin. “Dwight Eisenhower during World War II made sure all the Holocaust camps were filmed. So we’ve got the film footage, so now we’re combating conspiracy theorists, deniers, and some, you know, Trumpeteers.”
Seattle Police Officers Falsified Reports About Proud Boys Moving Toward ‘CHOP’ – Watchdog | 6 Jan 2022 | Seattle police officers falsified a report of armed Proud Boys members heading toward the autonomous zone in the city in 2020, a watchdog found. The Seattle Police Department abandoned a precinct on June 8, 2020, and activists soon after established an armed protest zone in the area known by some as CHOP. That same day, officers over the radio said armed members of the Proud Boys, a right-wing group that has clashed with members of the far-left Antifa network, were heading towards the area where the autonomous zone cropped up. “We’re going to be the one taking my group down around city hall to monitor the group of the Proud Boys gathering right now,” one officer told a dispatcher… According to a journalist who was in the autonomous zone, the string of communications prompted many people to go grab firearms and the event transitioned from being peaceful to something entirely different. However, video footage from the scene showed at least some individuals already armed. Interviewed by the Seattle Office Police Accountability, the officer credited with coming up with the effort said officers put forth “misinformation” because they knew they would be overheard.
Three Georgia men sentenced to life in prison for ‘chilling’ Arbery murder | 7 Jan 2022 | A Georgia judge sentenced Travis McMichael and his father Gregory McMichael on Friday to life in prison without the possibility of parole for what he called the “chilling” 2020 murder of Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man running through their mostly white neighborhood in the southern U.S. state. Judge Timothy Walmsley also gave a life sentence to their neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan but ruled that he could seek parole after 30 years in prison, the minimum sentence allowed for murder under Georgia law. Echoing comments made by Arbery’s anguished relatives earlier in the hearing at Glynn County Superior Court, the judge condemned the three men for what he described as their mistake of failing to see Arbery as just another neighbor.
