Irving Janis Medal for Groupthink in Government to the Democratic -Progressive dominated Vermont Legislature for its self-defeating climate Bill vetoed by Gov. Scott due the legislature’s steadfast refusal to provide reasonable fiscal controls. The Dem-Prog Groupthink was then unable to override the governor’s veto.
