  1. The case dismissed on grounds of the PREP Act (2005.) Under the US Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, is an interesting read. The groundwork was laid, the plans were set, and the laws passed without anyone noticing or raising an alarm. They knew and they prepared to shield themselves from any liability. Essentially, they can do whatever “they” deem necessary, under the guise of an emergency, and be free of any responsibility and accountability. Wow.

  2. Surely, the parents should appeal this outrageous ruling and the judge recalled/impeached.

    It will not end well for him and others like him who are tied to big pharma.

Regarding the article “Vt. bill takes aim at Slate Ridge Militia, Training Camps” Peter Teachout, a professor of constitutional law at Vermont Law School states that “the state and federal constitutions make a distinction between the individual’s right to own and bear arms and engaging in military-style activity without state support both the federal and state constitutions have specific provisions for a well-regulated militia and that means regulated by government authorities.” Ah ! and therein lies the rub. The term “well regulated ” in the vernacular of the day means well trained. If these anti-constitutional extremists prevail, this would be a direct affront of the 2nd Amendment, and they in fact know better. If you doubt me, Google the term “Well Regulated,” even Google gets it ! So is Mr. Teachout ignorant of the term, or disingenuous ? Either way, a lot of people will look at his credentials, and be swayed. These anti 2nd Amendment zealots will also claim that the word “militia” refers to the National Guard. Huh, when the Constitution was written there was no “National Guard”, as a matter of fact, citizens widely distrusted, and did not want a standing army. The citizenry it’s self was the “militia”. The Vermont Law School is no more than an incubator for the woke, liberal, agenda, and as such should be discredited as a “law school” as the law should not be interpreted, or influenced by politics. It might as well be Goddard College.

  7. I remember the days when a school couldn’t administer so much as an aspirin without parental approval. Now it seems a school can administer unwanted vaccines, coach your child into gender transitioning, hand out condoms, and even help them obtain an abortion all without parental consent.

    Homeschool, homeschool, homeschool.

  8. Absolutely disgusting! I would urge the parents to appeal all the way up to the supreme court. There is no law that allows for a school to administer any drug that has not been completely approved by the parent. Let’s not go into the fact that it hasn’t even been tested fully yet and that you the people are the guinea pig. The school refuses to give tylenol without consent but feels compelled to inject chemicals of all kinds via the bloodstream. Mind blowing! And when the child has adverse reactions with possible death….who’s responsible then?!

  9. There is another alternative soon to be considered.

    Vitale v. Bellows Falls Union High School is a case currently before the Vermont Supreme Court.

    The plaintiffs argued on Nov. 9, 2022, that allowing some parents the ability to choose the best school that fits the needs of their child under Vermont’s “tuitioning” system, while forcing other families to accept a government chosen school based on geography, is a violation of the individual child’s right to equal access to educational opportunity under the Brigham decision.

  10. Vermont schools are a threat to your children. They are infected with goons, tyrants and perverts who call themselves “teachers”. Your children are not safe there so get them out. Home school. The rest of us are not safe because of a murderous democrat super-majority and a flaming jackass rino of a governor. I have known for some time that the judiciary in Vermont is a total swamp of complete imbeciles but I don’t speak the mystical jargon of the cult of the attorney and I don’t worship their high priests of the “Bench”.
