It’s OK. As long as mostly copies of “dangerous” literary classics were destroyed as those are all “racist”, VT is good. The libraries can always order plenty more copies of “Gender Queer” & “The Hips on the Drag Queens Go Swish, Swish, Swish”. I hear they are both on our Lt. Governor’s “Must Read” list for kids this summer!
“Book Banning” – You’re a riot, Lt Governor Zuckerman – a real riot”. : Ralph Cramden, The Honeymooners, circa 1955.
So I suppose this means that the surrounding towns like the one I live in will have our “tribute” to the KH Library upped to compensate for the damage ? And I also assume this increase will be sold as a “one time” increase like the expansion was, right ? Right !
