The Amendment does nothing more than bind folks to having UNIONS call the shots. Vermont already allows you to join or not to join a union. Dues hold the company & employees at their paycheck withdrawals to enrich the unions. Molly Gray pushes this thesis only because she has BIG MILLION-dollar funding to push her into office. The VT Constitution does not need any more binding amendments that push higher taxes & lobbyists into more power. Think this over many times & watch the video again, more unions means THEY get the power over the people. Just look at the school systems & our biggest employer in VT–the government!
