A House bill introduced on April 7 would grant special support to the youth of “marginalized communities.”
H.511 would “establish a pilot program to provide community health and wellness programming and services to youth in Black, Brown, and marginalized communities throughout the State. It further proposes to provide support, mentorship, and advice to Black, Brown, and marginalized youth who are either justice-impacted or who have been removed from their homes. The pilot program proposed in this bill would provide culturally informed services to support foster parents.” Further details have been omitted from the public posting of the bill.
The bill was sponsored by Rep. Brian Cina (P/D – Burlington) and referred to the House Committee on Human Services.

What about support for the regular communities?
In their eyes the regular community is the problem, bunch of racist haters we don’t get a voice or included. Even though Vermont outlawed slavery before it was a state that doesn’t matter we should pay for something we never did for something they never had to go through.
“culturally informed services”. Are they serious ? And who will be qualified to do this ?
Just like the Biden administration They’ll select someone by race, gender or orientation not by experience
“Marginalized” Gee wiz, what’s that mean ???? (anything the left wants it to apply to)
Are Republicans a marginalized community ? You can bet your bippy !
More p.c. b.s. so tired of the race card and how bad white people are. This is Vermont we don’t have a racism problem but they love saying it.
It’s taking over churches.

Bull! This smells like another cash giveaway program for the progressive liberals in Burlington, to fix up some of their crappy neighborhoods. I seriously doubt that any other place in the state will see any on this money if this bill passes…
So, money to “Black, Brown and marginalized communities”! Can we please get the names of the communities that these three aforementioned groups are receiving funds from the taxpayers of Vermont! (Please define “marginalized communities) Bet we get NO Replies!
CIVIL RIGHTS ACT 1964 TITLE II–INJUNCTIVE RELIEF AGAINST DISCRIMINATION IN PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION
SEC. 201. (a) All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.
Fun fact: It was the Democrats who fillibustered against the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
How many violations will it take to determine the illegitimacy of our “installed” belligerent occupiers aka public servants? Is there anyone left in the State who will uphold their oath and remove the petty tryrants?
