Rutland City police said Thursday, April 23 they arrested Jonathan Vermette (DOB: 05/18/1988) for pickpocketing.
Police say he went into Market 32 in Rutland and pickpocketed an 80 year old victim and stole their wallet while they were shopping. He was arrested after police posted security video images online, seeking public assistance.

I love stories with happy endings like this one about a human parasite getting spotted and arrested. However, the ending won’t really be happy because the slimeball will soon end up back on the street, picking more pockets.
He already likely picked the man’s pocket though taxation to support Vermont’s lavish cornucopia of junkie services. The wallet theft is double-dipping.
Too bad the perp did not get shot !
