Christopher-Aaron Felker, the Burlington GOP Ward 3 nominee for the upcoming special election in August, will kick-off his campaign with a unifying message for all Burlingtonians Tuesday, 5:30 pm at the Battery Park Fountain extension.
Felker was born & raised in the flatlands of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in a blue collar working class family. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 2001 as an Electronics Warfare Technician, receiving a Navy Achievement Medal. He studied Political Science at DeSales University and holds an Associates in Education. He’s a practicing Catholic Christian who attends Mass regularly and has served as a Lector & Eucharistic Minister.
Felker moved to Burlington’s Old North End in 2013 where he and his husband raise a family of pugs. In their free time the Felkers enjoy gardening, cooking for friends & family, walking & biking around our beautiful city. He is running for Ward 3 City Council because, he said, he is “deeply committed to finding solutions to our housing crisis, making Burlington safer & building a better Burlington together.”
