A man arrested five times in the last three months for car theft in Chittenden County was found passed out behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle on June 9 in Winooski, Burlington police say. He was jailed with $500 bail and a notice to appear in court the next day.
The Burlington Police Department was notified by Winooski Police Department that officers had located a stolen vehicle that was reported stolen out of Burlington. The recovered vehicle was one of three stolen off a dealership parking lot after the business was burglarized in the early morning of June 9.
Winooski PD responded to Weaver St. for a male passed out behind the wheel. The male was identified as Marlon Taylor, age 28. Taylor was taken into custody for Aggravated Operations without Owner’s Consent, Grand Larceny, Violation of Court Conditions (2 counts), and Driving while License Suspended-Criminally.
Taylor has been arrested in five stolen vehicle complaints in Burlington and South Burlington over the past three months. Taylor also had a pending active arrest warrant for failure to appear in past court proceedings.
South Burlington police in September, 2021 reported that Taylor, then a Burlington resident, took money from a Garda armored truck parked outside the University Mall, WCAX reported.

So the “Catch & Release” method of taking care of criminals espoused by the democRATS is working.
Criminality is “diversity”!
DemocRATS, DEMONcrats, whatever you want to term them, are inherently stupid. Want even MORE of this crud? Make sure to keep voting for these idiots.
I’m particularly fond of “High IQ Stupid people” to describe Progressives in Vermont. They are completely blind to the end results of their policies. All that matters to each of them is their ability to be righteous and believe they occupy a higher moral plane than others. Think smugness.
It’s obvious tome that Mr. Taylor is going for the record for stolen cars in Chittenden County, and the Chittenden Co. prosecutor is rooting him on !
