For the last three months, sign waves and parades have been popping up all over Vermont encouraging citizens to be bold in their support for the 45th President’s current run. No one has kept count of these Trump supporting events, that I know of but, I’ve been involved in roughly 30 myself.
Our spirits are constantly lifted by the camaraderie at these gatherings. Just last week,10/19, there was a Trump/Vance car truck parade followed by a sign wave, in Williston. Fifteen vehicles and about 30 people were involved. You would have been shocked at the positive response in this supposed left leaning section of Vermont.
As we wave and smile we also have time to discuss with each other issues that greatly concern us and the reasons why we feel a Trump administration is best for Vermont. The documented atrocities that have befallen our country as a result of our lackadaisical border czar, make us” fear Kamala as our Commander-in-Chief”. The cost of living would go down drastically if only we could “drill for oil on American soil”. Smaller government and more state control will ensure the” freedoms and liberties of the American people”.

Definitely not going public around here. Neighbors would be absolute jerks, car would get vandalized, coworkers quietly undercutting, even some family start treating you like garbage… because they’re the Good Guys, donchaknow.
Sadly, I’m in the same situation where I live. It is very upsetting. If Trump doesn’t win it will get even worse!!
Go up to a Republican and ask “What policies does Trump support that you are voting for?” You will get specific, concrete answers.
Go up to a Democrat and ask “What policies does Harris support that you are voting for?” Don’t expect an answer, just a blank look, or an awkward word salad.
That is consistent with the notion: if you want to piss off a conservative, tell them a lie. If you want to piss off a progressive, tell them the truth…

You’re doing great work!! The irony is that we will ALL benefit from a Trump presidency, whereas we will ALL suffer under a Harris disaster.

My favorite part of this article is that the US is the number one producer of oil at 19.4 million barrels a day. I love the fact that the MAGA cult never lets facts get in the way of their feelings. It must be freeing to be able to lie with impunity.

lol, that’s pretty good. Who are they going to vote for? Please, Dame, Scott, speak up, they won’t because they suspect Trump is winning in a landslide this time?
Who are the voting for? When the fix was in they didn’t hesitate to speak out to the world…..Build Back Better!
It is shocking to hear how many Vermont Republicans are afraid to display signs of support for Trump for fear of retribution. Imagine if things were reversed and people were afraid to display Bernie bumper stickers. It’s unthinkable and wouldn’t be tolerated for a minute. I heard one woman say “If he can take a bullet, I think I can put out a lawn sign.”
I like paying the bills. It’s already difficult enough these days thanks to the same leftists who love to ruin people. So I work in other ways. It’s just realistic here in Vermont. Cancel culture is a very real threat. Were the communist resistors in the USSR afraid? Yeah. Did they covertly pass around samizdat? Yeah.
Perhaps many Trump supporters have realized Republicans and Democrats are just two sides of the same coin now, and this is truly an anti-establishment coalition —-that puts country before party we’ve never quite seen in mainstream politics before——
A third of Vermonters, at least, will vote for Donald Trump. Don’t let the Democrats intimidate you. You are not alone. Be courageous in your support for Trump.
I live in the cesspool known as Burlington, is a haven for everything is progressive , including our new DEI Mayor, this ” organizer ” is now in control of one of Vermont’s largest cities …… and cesspool is being kind !!
I don’t put any lawn signs out at my property or on the green belt, because if it not some progressive running, it becomes missing by morning, one of the last sign I had was for a ” Democrat ” for Mayor, yup got tore up twice, and I’m a conservative, yes we got the DEI Mayo instead !!
As far as voting in Burlington, let’s see we have day of registration, out of state college students voting, no ID required, just your name and an address, and your in like flint and that’s how you get a DEI Mayor, and why the city is a cesspool.
My entire family will be voting down ballot for all GOP candidates, they may not have all the answers, but I know they didn’t cause the problems….. DJT 2024
You should know that you cannot publicly support anyone part of the “right wing” in Burlington without inviting theft or vandalism, and now that includes democrats…
In this country, we have a situation where 25% to 30% will vote either Dem or Rep no matter who is on the respective ticket. The difference is, the Dems can vote for a brain-dead puppet knowing full well that Leftists control all the organs of power in the Deep State, NGO’s, the media, education, etc. So their agenda will be aggressively advanced regardless. If the Rep’s managed to elect a BDP they would still have the above with an administration consisting of RINO’s, Neo-Cons and the like that would NOT advance the electorates desired agenda.
You guys are doing more for the Republican Party, than the entire VTGOP, you are getting people out there and people are realizing they are not alone. By having people from other towns come, they won’t be recognized and canceled in their home towns, well done, well done.
If we had all the Trump supporters with hitch flags on their vehicles, driving up and down, i-89 and i-91….it would be a spectacle, the largest gathering in the nation…..that would be fun go for a drive, get some food, when you get off the interstate put you flag in the trunk.
That would be fun.
The other side might then realize how many people in the state support Trump, it would bring up moral and bring some change in the party……
The notion that whoever sits behind the Resolute Desk will magically change the direction of this Country is worshipping a false idol. After nearly four years of The Biden, it should be plain to see he was not in charge of anything, nor was Sniffles Harris. I also take Trump to task for not what he says – it is what he is not saying or conveying honestly. He drops hints about Presidents Lincoln, Jackson and McKinley. Yet, his first term was wrought with skulduggery, his ’24 campaign season wrought with skulduggery. What will change if he secures a second term? Suddenly, the left and RINOs will work with him to better the country or continue thwarting any progress as they have done for decades now? If Sniffles prevails, we are finished as a nation – we will never be a Republic or sovereign nation ever again – of which, our sovereignty seems an illusion with the creation of the Federal Reserve and the CIA. A Constitutional Republic in name only? Appears to be so. We don’t have Constitutional money or currency – so there is that nugget of fact.
The local down ticket has more impact on our community than the President. The Congress holds the purse strings. They haven’t done anything “for the good of the Nation” for decades. The seats may change, the alliance to the Corporation and foreign interests does not at all. Take note all the attention is on the Presidential race. Take note that issues are discussed (always pointing out the obvious), but solutions are not discussed – tariffs, lower taxes, free abortions, 20 million interlopers, and several thousand missing, unaccounted for children. All will not be fixed in four years – it hasn’t been fixed in decades – it is all smoke and mirrors.
The People must stop gaslighting themselves and hold “representatives”, top to bottom, to account. They should also slam their wallets shut and stop participating in this Beast system. After seeing what is going on in Western North Carolina, no one is going to save us. As you see going on there, the People are doing the heavy lifting, the rescues, the providing, the support. Our government is building themselves three large facilities to house their staff (aka FEMA camps.) The only real change coming is when God moves upon this earth, starts harvesting the tares and dropping many to their knees – that is the only change I trust and believe in.
