MacDonald: Solar panel addicts suggest blocking out the Sun

The Global Warming Cult is just full of great ideas. Electric cars run on coal. Batteries made from metals extracted out of huge open pit mines. Wind machines that kill birds and bats. They are also thinking about how to block the sun.

It is an idea popular with Bill Gates, The Biden Admin, Harvard Professors, and other usual suspects, and now the European Union.

Brussels plans to launch massive ‘geoengineering’ interventions to deal with global warming, according to the news agency.

The European Union is looking into technologies involving large-scale interventions into natural phenomena like sun rays or the atmosphere, as part of its new strategy for tackling climate change, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing a draft document that might be made public later this week.

The first question a skeptic might ask is, what about all those solar panels you’ve been going on about for decades? We are supposed to blanket the landscapes and rooftops from sea to rising sea with the damn things, and now you want to block out the sun.

And why doesn’t that get you all spun up about stormwater runoff from hard surfaces? Wait, I know. You can tax them for that too.

Make them subsidize it, then punish them for it with unreliable electricity when you need it most and a few extra fees. And now the plan is to make them even less efficient?

We need solar one minute, and we need to block out the sun the next.

It is not an idea limited to EU countries, but those citizens may want to send a message to their so-called representatives. While not making sense is typical, this is taking things to a new level. And no, not France-level messaging. They seem to have had a few things bottled up that they felt the need to vent, and the nation is on fire.

We were thinking an email or a phone call might be a better place to start. Mention something about the impact on renewable energy targets and diminishing solar radiation. Keep it simple, or they won’t understand. Maybe a crayon picture of solar panels crying because they can’t see the sun.

  1. Geoengineering (sunblocking and weather manipulation) is happening on a massive scale right now. Just look up in the sky and see the chemtrails every single day.

  2. I also read that article and the people who published it said that there were a lot of unknowns about the use of this and what the consequences could be and warned against it. However the UK had said they would be interested in advancing research on it. Biden also showed interest in it but says he has no plans at this time to implement a plan to use it.
    Everyone should be concerned about this since it could effect basically the whole world!

  3. So the people who want us to go solar want to block sunlight, and the tree huggers don’t want us using propane, nat. gas, or fuel oil. Tell you what when John Kerry flies across the Atlantic to Davos to a climate conference on a peddle plane, when I see solar panels on “The Beast”, and Capitol building has a system to recover and burn the copious amounts of methane generated there, I will listen to the B.S. Until then, spread it on the fields where it belongs ! Or as the late great Merle Haggard said we can always drink free bubble up, and eat rainbow stew !

I find it interesting and somewhat depressing that the people who obsess with the notion that the single cause of “climate” change is due to human made CO2, while discounting all the other variables, known and unknown that has brought about multiple changes in the earth’s climate over the past millions of years. Yet, they will advocate the notion that by partially blocking out some of the sun’s rays is what is necessary to arrest an ever-changing climate without factoring in a host of unintended consequences for such actions.

  7. They would just use our crayon drawings of solar panels crying to wipe they back sides. THEY DO NOT CARE. They are being paid, handsomely, to push these idiotic bass ackward agendas, that logical people like you and I can see makes no sense and is just ignorant. Leave the sun, natures, our food, our kids, our gas stoves and our heating systems alone!!!!
