  1. Burlington’s downtown will die, IF YOU DON’T REMOVE PROGS FROM POWER>

    • The author of the above comment has been observing this phenomenon for many years. Back in 1988, he and some other downtown BTV business interests launched a program called Westward Ho to encourage transients to leave town, with privately-raised financial incentives. The current administration is encouraging free-range humans to COME TO Burlington with taxpayer-funded financial incentives, and the results are in the headlines of the crime news on a daily basis. If you enjoy shopping, dining and drinking in Burlington, your choices of venues are getting smaller and smaller all the time while this socialist transformation proceeds while your risk of being accosted, getting jabbed by a pathogen-contaminated needle or having your vehicle broken into are increasing while Mayor Emma-Hyphen fiddles.
