If Connecticut feels slighted, maybe we can then rename I-91 to the “Hartford fentanyl corridor highway” to recognize Connecticut’s most noteworthy export to Vermont. Vermont funeral directors may endorse such a move since they derive a significant portion of their income from the 200+ annual death toll from that commodity.
If renaming the Gulf of Mexico was as important to me as it seems to be some others, I’d say I was leading a pretty charmed life . A rose by any other name, patayto patahto, tomayto, tomahto, they all taste the same ! Maybe it”s more like lipstick on a pig ? Who cares !
The “Vermont River” would have a lot better chance if it weren’t for the fact that the State of New Hampshire owns the entire length of it. Look at a map!
I have a better idea. I propose re-naming Lake Champlain as The Donald J Trump Memorial Waterway. AND, wouldn’t it be a great idea if he made the part of the lake on the Canadian side part of the US?
I read somewhere (don’t know if it’s true) that Biden said we could no longer drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico, but did not define what that was in the order. Easier to rename it in this case… 🙂
This shows they are listening to President Trump’s ideas.
NOW, if they would also follow his lead to implement a FULL AUDIT such as DOGE to ALL the monies within their state government treasuries to reveal the actual spending, waste and fraud by the inner bureaucrats, THAT WOULD BE WELCOMED!!
The Nation and States, are falling apart at the seams, with crime, drugs and debt and this is a concern !!
My God, get a life.
