Breaking: Donald Trump, 18 others, indicted in Georgia election probe –The indictment comes two and a half years after Willis started her investigation. | 14 Aug 2023 | Georgia grand jury approved 10 indictments in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s election probe, including former President Donald Trump and 18 others. Among the others indicted were former Mike Pence chief of staff Marc Short, former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows, Trump attorney Jenna Ellis, and attorney Sidney Powell. The indictments comes two and a half years after Willis started her investigation in former President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 presidential election results in the Peach State. None of the targets of the indictments have been named as of press time. After the announcement, the Trump campaign excoriated Willis for what they insisted was [and is] a “bogus indictment.” [Read the indictment here.]

Trump Lawyers Blast Corrupt Fulton County DA for Prematurely Posting RICO Charges on Website – County Clerk Claims Docs ‘Fictitious’ | 14 Aug 2023 | President Trump’s lawyers Drew Findling and Jennifer Little blasted Fulton County for posting the proposed charges against Trump before the grand jury even deliberated. The corrupt Fulton County court website briefly posted several charges against Trump – including RICO charges – before the grand jury had even closed. A Fulton County clerk said the Trump indictment documents posted online were “fictitious.” However, the document had an assigned case number and judge. President Trump’s lawyers said of the documents posted online: “This was not a simple administrative mistake. The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office has once again shown that they have no respect for the integrity of the grand jury process. This was not a simple administrative mistake. A proposed indictment should only be in the hands of the District Attorney’s Office, yet it somehow made its way to the clerk’s office and was assigned a case number and a judge before the grand jury even deliberated,” the lawyers wrote.

Georgia court posts, then removes from website list of criminal charges against Trump –Prosecutors said Trump had not been indicted in Fulton County’s investigation of the 2020 presidential election | 14 Aug 2023 | A website for Georgia’s Fulton County on Monday briefly listed what appeared to be criminal charges against Donald Trump, with the county’s district attorney expected to indict the former president as soon as Tuesday. Reuters reported on a list of several criminal charges to be brought against Trump including ones on state racketeering, conspiracy to commit false statements and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer. However, prosecutors say Trump had not been indicted in the probe of the [fraudulent] 2020 presidential election. A Fulton County grand jury began hearing from witnesses at about noon Monday. The wire service also published a copy of the document listing the charges before it was removed from the site. A spokesperson for county District Attorney Fani Willis said the report of charges being filed was “inaccurate” but declined further comment, according to the Associated Press.

Engineers Discover Nationwide Cellular Network Connects Election Equipment and Gives Federal Government Access to Election Systems at Precinct Level – Report | 14 Aug 2023 | A growing majority of Americans know the 2020 election was fraudulent… Experts could not fully explain how systems within individual precincts which are supposedly “air-gapped” were adding votes in real-time — such as KnowInk poll pads in Texas that added hundreds of votes to the 2022 midterm election after the polls had closed. To accomplish election fraud at individual polling places, it is necessary to have an air-interface with the supposedly “air-gapped” equipment networked at the polling place. A year-long research project led by an election integrity investigator from Utah, Sophie Anderson, and communications engineer, Dr. Charles Bernardin, has uncovered the mechanism that is being used to connect our election equipment at polling places across the nation… After submitting a countless number of public documents requests from multiple federal, state, and local governments, and working with other grassroots researchers, the team realized that the federal government has indeed created a nationwide network that is capable of collecting and changing real-time voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. The private network tool is called FirstNet, and like so many things that have proven detrimental to American liberty — it was sold as a tool to ensure public safety.

Hunter Biden’s appointed special counsel called a ‘clear violation,’ ‘illegal’ | 14 Aug 2023 | Chiming in on the appointment of Hunter Biden’s special counsel, a prominent Harvard law professor is warning that the U.S. attorney leading the investigation is in “clear violation” of the Department of Justice’s regulations. “It’s illegal. The regulation provides clearly that special counsel have to come from outside the government for good reason. What’s so special about a special counsel is that he doesn’t have to answer to the present administration, he’s independent,” Harvard University law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said on Mornings with Maria Monday. “But if you have somebody who serves at the pleasure of the attorney general, and obviously as the U.S. attorney serves his pleasures [as] part of the administration, that person shouldn’t be serving,” he continued. “It’s in clear violation of the regulation itself.” On Friday, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed U.S. attorney David Weiss as special counsel in the Hunter Biden probe investigating the alleged Biden family business dealings. Weiss had also previously led the [lack of] prosecution in Hunter Biden’s tax and gun charges.

NIH Royalty Payments Raise Questions About Fauci Testimony, Show Wuhan Lab Ties – Watchdog | 10 Aug 2023 | The National Institute of Health (NIH) received approximately 325 million in royalty payments over a 12-year span from pharmaceutical companies and research organizations, according to new documents obtained by nonprofit government transparency organization Open The Books. Open The Books received records detailing more than 56,000 royalty payments to NIH members Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) between 2009 and 2021. The government watchdog organization has been seeking these NIH royalty payment records for nearly two years, as part of a series of FOIA requests. The NIH has fought the document disclosure requests and these documents came through new productions in a Washington, D.C., federal court case. Last year, Open The Books estimated the NIH received as much as 350 million in royalty payments between 2009 and 2020. The organization revised that figure downward as the NIH provided new details about its royalty payments.

Ukraine matters to Biden more than Hawaii – Ron Paul | 14 Aug 2023 | Joe Biden is demanding another 24 billion for Ukraine while the US “disintegrates,” former Texas congressman Ron Paul wrote on Monday, pointing out the unprecedented devastation from the Hawaii fires. It’s “hard to look at recent footage of the devastation in Maui and then hear President [sic] Biden tell Congress that he needs another 24 billion for Ukraine,” Paul said. “How can this Administration continue to justify tens of billions of d-llars for this losing war that is not in our interest while the rest of the United States disintegrates?” The US has poured “well over 120 billion” into the “proxy war on Russia,” Paul added. He cited a Heritage Foundation analysis that calculated this comes out to 900 from each and every US household, at a time when most Americans say they can’t afford a 1,000 emergency. “How many Americans would rather have those 900 d-llars back in their pocket rather than in the pockets of Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, and Ukraine’s oligarchs?” Paul asked, noting that even the establishment media is now admitting “Ukraine is not winning and cannot win.”

Democrat allowed illegal immigrant charged with sex crime to move into America’s top tourist spot –Second migrant part of Adams resettlement program charged for sexually assaulting woman –Western New York’s Erie County says no more asylum seekers will be sent from NYC after arrest of 22-year-old migrant | 13 Aug 2023 | The National Guard has been deployed to western New York after a second migrant brought there through New York City Mayor Eric Adams’s (D) controversial resettlement program was arrested on sexual abuse charges. Erie County officials charged that a third party contracted by New York City to handle the migrant hotel operation might have obstructed local police investigations into the assaults and are demanding that the Biden administration and Congress act at the federal level to properly address the crisis. At a press conference Saturday, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz, a Democrat, said no more asylum seekers would be sent from New York City until security measures involving the migrants could improve. He said New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) agreed to place National Guard members at each of the hotels housing asylum seekers to act as a “stabilizing presence.”

  1. In football as well as politics, I believe the tactic is known as “piling on”, In football it’s a 15 yard penalty, and an automatic 1st down . In this political “piling on” might I suggest 15 years, and a loss of “get out of jail free” card ?

  2. <> This was posted without attribution to a source. Does the Daily Chronicle have standards which can give its readership some degree of confidence in the probity of what appears in its news articles?

  3. This just goes to show how scared the left and elites really are about DJT,
becoming President Again, all these bogus charges for a sham trial, they
are just trying to tie him up in court……… be for the election !!

Wake up people, you could be next, for any of your thoughts or postings
    again those in power !!

  4. Don Donaldo will have his day in multiple courts, including the highest corrupt Court in the land.

Watch one or more of the 18 of his brilliant lawyers plea bargain and turn stool pigeon.

This mess is gonna go on for years and years with his minions continuing to foot the legal costs.

  5. Love anyone who puts Americans first, but Trump is where y’all lose me. He lost, period. And the real Christians won’t ever admit publicly they sat that one out.
The sooner he goes away and Reps show us some fresh blood the better. Looks like we’re about to give the next one away too.

    • Right?

And Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation – Joe Biden din’t have the Ukranian prosecutor investigating Burisma fired – the Covid vaccine worked – millions of illegal immigrants aren’t swarming across the border – and inflation is temporary.

And somehow you believe the election was legitimate.

Question for you – how do Vermont’s town clerks verify the signatures on mail-in ballots?

      • May I add, Biden’s not out to take your guns, we will save money by going green, the Chinese spy balloon did not collect any information, the botched withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan was Trumps fault, and Bidenomics is working !

    • I suspect Jean doesn’t know the answer to my question:

How do Vermont’s town clerks verify the signatures on mail-in ballots?

The answer is – they don’t. Town Clerks don’t keep voter signatures on file. So they couldn’t verify that a ballot was mailed in by anyone in particular – Christian or otherwise.

The point being, Jean, there’s no way to know if Trump, or anyone else elected by mail-in ballot, won or lost. That’s the problem.

      • I am so sick of listening to this.

You’re right. The election was stolen and Trump should have been the rightful president.

And we all could have moved on by 2024 when he would be ineligible to run again.

And no more mail-in ballots so that those of us who cannot get to the polls due to chronic health conditions lose our right to vote.

        Happy now?

      • There is the Town of Eden – their long standing record of voting for the “winner” stood until 2020. As a resident and registered voter, if my vote was invalidated through fraudulent activity, I demand justice under the law. Violating my voting rights is a crime and compensation is due. I believe the Town of Eden got it correct again and their record still stands. Anyone whose vote was deleted, changed, or cancelled by illegal ballots, were denied voter rights under the law. Stacey Abrahms has beat that drum since 2018 – voter surpression and votes stolen in Georgia. Once the evidence is presented in a court of law, the installed regime must be removed immediately, all their lawfare repealed, and all funds returned to the People due to fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. Start with the third party vendors and no chain of custody recorded or validated from the USPS to the Mark Zuckerburg dropboxes. It was all illegal.

      • JD, Your logical fallacy notwithstanding, yes, I would be ‘happy’ to see ‘mail-in balloting’ eliminated.

This is not to say that your ‘chronic health condition’ should prevent you from voting. There is the absentee voting process that does verify signatures and ensures that votes are properly cast. And I would be happier still if someone could figure out a way to get the legislature to follow our now mutual advice.

    • Jean, looks like you’re listening too much to the MSM who are breaking the Constitution and some laws in order to indict Pres. Trump. They could have tried this stunt 2 years ago but now he’s a real threat to their side winning the ’24 election so the establishment is piling it on very falsely. Meanwhile, Joe & Hunter walk freely after all the corruption they’ve done (money laundering, bribes from Ukraine & China, etc etc).

  6. All I can say is that Republicans monitoring the ballot tabulation efforts were told that dinner is available and then were intentionally locked out of the vote counting area in a major electoral state. The democrat ballot counters and other personnel then taped pizza boxes over the windows so the republicans couldn’t see the vote counting. Nothing to see here people.

Then you have the truck of ballots from Pennsylvania that mysteriously disappeared when the driver was told to drive across state lines and leave the truck. Nothing to see hear either.

And last but not least, according to Dr. Shiva’s audit andtestimony for Maricopa County included 16,000 early, duplicate EVB ballots, 23,344 voters ineligible to vote because they moved prior to the election voted when they no longer lived in the country, 5,047 people voted in more than one county with the same name and birth date, 282 deceased people voted, 186 duplicate voter IDs where both voted. This is not a complete list of his testimony. I happened to take notes during his testimony which was available to the public and kept them. But again, nothing to see here people.

  7. Yes, and 7,000,000+ votes that belonged to Trump were fraudulently cast for Biden. Yes.

    • I never said that. I only pointed out some of the fraud that I know about to prove that fraud did happen. There was far more fraud some of which was done by mules that stuffed drop boxes in the evenings. I know this because a documentary was done and these people/mules were caught on security cameras and then tied to GPS on cell phones. What desturbs me the most is the public’s inability to address the valid concerns over election fraud. Why can’t you address my proof points in good faith? Instead you revert to propaganda statements made by the mainstream media. Are you aware of any meaningful facts that we can discuss intelligently?

    • The fraud is apparent in the fact that it can’t be verified, one way or the other, who voted, or who they voted for.

Trump’s so-called ‘big lie’ is a diversion. Not only can Trump not prove (at least not yet) that the election was stolen. You can’t prove that it wasn’t.

      • I disagree. I believe the real issue is that no one agrees as to the definition of fraud or what fraud is. For example, a local election in one state, I apologize for not remembering the state name, which occurred in the last year, turned away voters who wished to vote in person on election day. These people were turned away because the paper was the wrong size for the tabulators. Therefore, the ballots couldn’t be ingested. The position on this issue was that these people shouldn’t have waited to vote in person and should have voted early. Because they didn’t vote early, they negated their right to vote. The county this occurred in was mostly Republican. This is a serious issue does impact election outcomes. But again, nothing to see here. Trump didn’t create this issue, just in case you are going to blame him.

    • The electoral college came down to less than 50,000 votes, with some states, like Arizona, won by as few as 10,000 votes. Well within an easy margin of obvious theft.

  8. Sensing a boomerang effect incoming. Enjoy ye crooked politicians, the time of reparations is now.

  9. Litigating Trump’s loss of the election on an opinion page is hardly a productive use of time. He lost! (And Jean Rees, you are right about that.)

Trump, et al, filed some 60 plus complaints in various courts around the country. There were no substantive wins out of that. The rest is history.

It is time for conservatives and Republicans to move beyond Trump. The sooner we do that, the sooner our values are fairly and objectively evaluated by the electorate.

Our failure to make that transition simply ensures the government will be dominated by values that most of us really do not accept.

And we have no one to blame but ourselves.

    • According to some District Attorneys and Attorney Generals, challenging the validity of an election is illegal. So Stacey Abrahams, Kamala Harris, and Hillary Clinton, et al were wrong or right? They are still challenging 2016 and 2018 – where or where are their indictments?

      • Let’s try to be accurate and avoid rhetorical excess (i.e. distortion of the facts) when making a statement. Neither the DA nor the AG has said or assertef that “challenging the validity of an election is illegal.” One can challenge the vaility is various ways – primarily following legally appropriate methods. One can go to court or file proper administrative challenges.

When 60 cases are filed without a single substantive victory, it should tell you that your claims were not supported by fact or by law.

When one deploys ILLEGAL MEANS to press forward with your claims of election fraud, one risks prosecution for the ILLEGAL ACTS. People who commit illegal acts are called CRIMINALS.

Mature, experienced politicians have learned an important lesson. “DEAL WITH IT!”

I think that is very much like the lesson that our children learn in Little League.

      • So, Stacey Abrahams, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, et al. took their cases to the media and many other public forums stating their elections were rigged, even presented evidence of their concerns about Dominion voting systems. Again, were they right or were they wrong? Seems to me, if they lose, they are right. If they win, nothing to see here.

  10. I still can’t believe how dumb the democrats were to ‘fix’ the presidential election, and then fail to do so in the Senate. And then repeat the error in 2022.

I mean, if they could somehow do this is all 50 states for the Presidential election, their failure to do so in Congressional elections is clearly inept.

  11. TRUMP LOST! The Republicans were out played. The analogy is the card player who loses to the cheating card shark. Was there fraud? Not proven yet, but the evidence is mounting. Remember that the democrats are working to cover up and hide the possibility of fraud.
