Ex-Hunter Biden partner Devon Archer testifies Joe Biden was on calls with foreign patrons ‘for the brand’ | 31 July 2023 | Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer told the House Oversight Committee Monday about President [sic] Biden’s role in his son’s foreign dealings — detailing about two dozen encounters as Republicans in Congress move closer to launching an impeachment inquiry. A source familiar with Archer’s nearly four-hour closed-door interview said that Archer testified that Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings added Hunter to its board in early 2014 because of the Biden “brand” as his dad led US policy toward Ukraine. Archer also stated that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky — who allegedly told an FBI informant he was “coerced” to pay 10 million in bribes to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden — and company executive Vadym Pozharskyi in late 2015 put intense pressure on Hunter to enlist the US government to help oust Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who had investigated Burisma for corruption. He said he witnessed the then-second son, Zlochevsky and Pozharskyi step away as they “called DC” to discuss the issue, the source said — without specifying what, if anything, Archer said about the recently surfaced bribery allegation.

Rogue Biolab Discovered in Calif. County Had Over 900 Mice ‘Genetically Engineered to Catch and Carry the Covid-19 Virus’ | 29 July 2023 | On March 3, 2023, an illegal bio lab was discovered in a believed-to-be vacant building in Reedley, California, in Fresno County. City Code Enforcement stumbled upon the building in December 2022 when they discovered a garden hose running into the building through a hole in the wall.  In March, they obtained a warrant to inspect the property, and in April, the Fresno County Department of Public Health ordered an inspection of the facility. Investigators inspected the building that contained the lab in July and found a room used to make COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests. They also found over 35 freezers and refrigeration units that contained “thousands of bodily fluids, serums, tissues, and other medical items.” According to the Mid Valley Times, “Over 900 mice were located at the facility. Court documents identify Wang Zhaolin as the Prestige representative onsite during the investigation. Zhaolin informed the investigators that ‘these mice were genetically engineered to catch and carry the COVID-19 virus.’ …From May 2 through May 4, the CDC’s Division of Select Agents and Toxins inspected 850 I Street. Court documents confirm the CDC found potentially infectious agents at the location. These included both bacterial and viral agents, including chlamydia, E. Coli, streptococcus pneumonia, hepatitis B and C, herpes 1 and 5 and rubella. The CDC also found samples of malaria.”

CDC detects coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis at unlicensed California lab –The CDC found at least 20 potentially infectious agents at Fresno County warehouse | 27 July 2023 | Local and federal authorities spent months investigating a warehouse in Fresno County, California, that they suspect was home to an illegal, unlicensed laboratory full of lab mice, medical waste and hazardous materials.  The Fresno County Public Health Department has been “evaluating and assessing the activities of an unlicensed laboratory” in Reedley, the health department’s assistant director, Joe Prado, said in a statement Thursday. All of the biological agents were destroyed by July 7 following a legal abatement process by the agency… An investigation found the tenant was Prestige BioTech, a company registered in Nevada and unlicensed for business in California.

U.S. rejects Australian plea to drop Assange case | 29 July 2023 | U.S. Secretary of State [and Grade ‘A’ sociopath] Antony Blinken has confirmed that Australia has raised the case of Julian Assange’s continued prosecution, but declared that Washington will not cease seeking the extradition of the former WikiLeaks boss and intends to try him for espionage. Speaking alongside Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong in Brisbane on Saturday, Blinken said that while he understands “the concerns and views of Australians,” Assange’s alleged actions “risked very serious harm to our national security, to the benefit of our adversaries, and put named human sources at grave risk — grave risk — of physical harm, and grave risk of detention.” …An Australian citizen, Julian Assange is currently being held in London’s Belmarsh Prison. He is fighting extradition to the US, where he faces 17 charges under the Espionage Act and potentially a 175-year prison sentence.

Trump Says Criminal Charges ‘Wouldn’t Stop Me’ From 2024 White House Bid | 29 July 2023 | A potential criminal conviction will not stop former President Donald Trump from pursuing his 2024 White House bid, he said on Friday. In an appearance on The John Fredericks Show, when asked whether a potential conviction would hinder his presidential campaign, Mr. Trump expressed his determination to run no matter the outcome. Mr. Trump responded confidently, stating that there is no provision in the U.S. Constitution that would prevent him from running for president, even if he were to be convicted. “If going forward, right, you get these indictments, there ends up–you got a jury in D.C., you get convicted and sentenced–does that stop your campaign for president if you’re sentenced?” Mr. Fredericks asked Mr. Trump in the interview. “Not at all. There’s nothing in the Constitution to say that it could,” Mr. Trump replied. “Even the radical left crazies are saying, ‘No, that wouldn’t stop!’ And it wouldn’t stop me either.”

Judge Noreika Banned Hunter Biden’s Attorneys From Contacting Clerks Again After Tricking Them Into Removing Filing Under False Pretenses of Representing GOP Lawyer | 29 July 2023 | Furious Judge Maryellen Noreika ordered the lawyers representing Hunter Biden, who had deceived and lied to a court clerk into removing a legal document by falsely claiming to represent GOP lawyer Ted Kittila, to cease all direct communications with court clerks. The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Hunter Biden’s legal team is facing possible sanctions after they lied about their identity to have the testimony of IRS whistleblowers removed from the docket in Hunter’s tax fraud case. Judge Maryellen Noreika had demanded an explanation from Biden’s lawyers by 9 p.m. ET Tuesday night. This controversy happened on the eve of Hunter Biden’s plea of guilty to misdemeanor tax charges on Wednesday, while he is expected to avoid jail time on a separate gun charge. A member of Biden’s legal team misrepresented herself when asking for amicus materials to be removed. According to reports, she called the clerk and requested that the information be sealed due to its sensitive nature, including grand jury, taxpayer, and Social Security details.

  1. This too is of no concern to the Governor of that state, as Newsom is presently quite busy cavorting with DNC officials currently planning his imminent introduction to head the Democrat ticket for POTUS replacing Joe Biden who will soon be announced as “suddenly” being medically “unable” to run for reelection.

  2. Why is this Bio tech lab even allowed in any state. Another big shutdown of our country on the way?

  3. Gavin newsom has a demon, watch his eyes when he speaks. he would be the worst choice n the world
