After the first big flood of 2023 last July, I wrote in the Vermont Daily Chronicle the history of weather modification, Operation Popeye and the US Military’s capacity to use the weather as a weapon, making it rain over the Ho Chi Minh Trail during the Vietnam Conflict.
In light of the most recent “natural disaster” flooding here in Vermont, everyone has been asking:
What in the world are they spraying?
What could cause a flood?
Why cause a flood?
Is just Vermont being affected?
Here are my thoughts…
Over the past 4 years I have been watching our skies and following the weather patterns to follow. In 2020 while working at Sugarbush at the Top of Mt. Ellen, again on the lead up to Christmas, I saw high-air traffic and heavily geoengineered skies. The following days there was a significant rise in the temperature causing a near 60 degree Christmas Day with high winds and rains, which I think many of us remember. There was not significant flooding, however there was certainly a major thaw, leaving our ski areas in disarray in one of the most important economic times for the entire state.
What I saw that day in 2020 was eerily similar to what we saw just a few weeks ago overhead. Thankfully, I am not the first person to start asking questions about this stuff. Our Geoengineering Age has for years provided evidence and context to our geoengineering situation.
Thanks to Our Geoengineering Age and their decades of scientific research, experimentation, and study work, I can infer that what we are seeing over the skies is being sprayed by jet air-planes in Aerosolized Coal Fly Ash in the form of Nano-Particulates.
Depending on the goal of a widespread Geoengineering operation, a wide variety of chemicals might be used as agents to cause rain, fires, high winds, temperature changes, flooding, etc. However it is becoming more clear to me that the most used and most versatile of substances is Coal Fly Ash.
What is Coal Fly Ash?
A brief explanation:
“When coal is burned industrially, coal fly ash condenses and accumulates in the hot gasses above the burner. Nearly all of the chemical elements, present in trace amounts in the coal, become concentrated in coal fly ash.” (OGA 1)
Coal is one of the most prominent sources of energy both here and around the globe. Here in the US, a large amount of CFAs are trapped by “scrubbers” on the tops of smoke stacks. After coal has been burned, the output, Coal Fly Ash, is composed of a myriad of dangerous and harmful chemicals Anything from silicon to Aluminum, iron, and of course Carbon nanoparticulates and other nano metals (just to name a few). Coal Fly Ash is one of the leading causes of ozone depletion- the main source of this pollution of course coming from Coal Burning Plants across the globe.
Based on years of scientific research and experimentation in the field, we can infer that what we are seeing sprayed overhead by commercial jets, private jets, and drones is aerosolized coal fly ash and other metal nanoparticles. After these trails are sprayed, first they sit as particulates aloft in the lower atmosphere trapping energy, briefly raising the temperature and forming a milky, murky “screen” over the sky and cloud layer. After sitting for 24-48 hours we began to see nucleation take place. Nucleation is the process that takes place causing rain; ice crystals form from liquid water molecules as the molecules collect and freeze onto foreign particles, such as dust, clay, aerosols- and in our case the skies are primed with coal fly ash which is exactly that, a mix of unnatural metals particulates.
Ultimately we know that CFA’s are coming from the jet-contrails because these chemicals have for years been showing up in groundwater, the soil, and snow following geoengineered events and “natural” disasters. In the scientific essays linked, there are CFA measurements from Vermont snow-melt. These chemicals are not showing up in naturally occurring structures but rather industrial forms and in excess. (OGA 2)
In the case of the December flooding here in Vermont, I am not the only one who saw our skies on Saturday. Our skies were littered with “persistent contrails” all day on Saturday, leading to quite the thaw into Sunday, and of course what goes into the sky must come down in the form of rain causing widespread flood, road closures, power outages, business closures, and extremely expensive damages.
Was Vermont the only place affected by the flooding in this instance? No.
There of course was a weather system making its way up the east coast. There was widespread flooding across New England & North East causing significant damages. This also was already a significant weather pattern making its way up the North Eastern US.
That being said, it appears the storm was juiced up Saturday, priming the skies with even more particulates than would naturally be, causing a sustained downpour. For context, most of the flights I saw Saturday were coming from Europe, flying over places like Iceland, Nova Scotia, and Quebec. It is imperative to understand that depending on your vantage point you can literally see these trails often stretch the entire state of Vermont and beyond.
This has been a slow build up over time. This is not even close to the first instance of geoengineered weather or climate modification that I’ve seen in Vermont, nor was the July flood. As I said earlier, I witnessed similar skies leading up to Christmas in 2020, and of course a very significant thaw to follow. Slowly, overtime, we have been conditioned to accept geoengineering and the conditions they cause, without anyone noticing what is actually causing “global warming” or “climate change.”
In fact many end up blaming our very existence as human beings. We blame carbon emissions our economy relies on. We blame “terrible humanity” and the “destructive nature” and tendency of humans to be a scourge to this planet. So who am I blaming?
Some of you might be wondering: are you implying that the United States Government would actually do harm to their own citizens in such a way? Yes, I do think they would. Well, not exactly the US Government, yet rather the globalist technocrats that are hellbent on controlling resources, energy production, food production and ultimately depopulation. It is becoming increasingly clear to many Americans that globalist interests will stop at nothing to forward their agenda. From false flags, to the plandemic, to murdering a sitting President in broad daylight… They will literally stop at nothing.
To be even more clear, In my last article I sort of inferred that Vermont was the main target of these geoengineering operations, however it’s becoming more clear to me that Vermont is not the main target at all, but rather high leverage, political, collateral damage.
The goal is to cause widespread problems across the north east, affecting local economies and even global. The goal is to get more and more politicians across the country to scream from the mountain tops that “we must do something about climate change! Stop Eating beef! Eat the Bugs! Stop building housing and burning gas stoves!!! We are killing the planet! Look at what the Vermonters are doing to solve this!
Climate hysteria.
And why do I say Vermont is high leverage political damage?
Vermont happens to be the perfect target because take a look at how we responded to Covid. More than 80% of the population was unwilling to question the narrative at all. People here are too distracted with irrelevant social issues.
Plus, Given the makeup of the State Legislature, I am sure they will do pretty much whatever they want to combat climate change, considering the fact that they pretty much do anyway. Vermont is proud to lead the charge in the green economy. The biggest conversation during the last legislative session was the so-called “Affordable Heat Act.” A piece of policy that would punish fuel dealers and ultimately citizens for heating their homes with oil & gas, and “reward” those using electric heat pumps.
This state is used like an experiment for everything the UN wants to implement along with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and The World Economic Forum.
Let me be explicit.
In defense of the local Government, it has been made pretty clear to me that they have no clue that this is going on, and for many of them hearing me speak about it is the first time they ever even pondered the idea of Weather & Climate Modification. To infer that somehow Bernie is in on it, or anyone else for that matter, just does not make any sense. This stuff is way over their heads. Pun intended.
Vermonters are intelligent people. Vermonters are open-minded and independent thinking. I believe that because of the small size of this state that we have an opportunity to spread awareness about this subject and we actually have a duty to.
At the bottom line, Geoengineering is everything. It is policy, it is food production, energy systems, the environment surrounding you, your health, and your biological make-up.
With the rapid advancements of technologies such as AI, advanced weapons systems, and the increasingly artificial world, it is becoming increasingly clear that there is an entire technological world that is concealed and kept secret. The deployment of these secret technologies takes decades and the public really does not have much to say about their uses. These technologies are often even tested on the public before they are put to use. Often, in the name of “national security” these technologies are kept from the public eye. All too often it is too late for regulation by the time the public realizes what is going on…
The earth is resilient. She will be around long after the consequences of anthropogenic climate change no matter what the cause truly is. However we increasingly are hearing from environmentalists that geoengineering is a possible “future” solution to climate change. As if it is something that has not been tested and experimented with for the past 60+ years. Unfortunately sometimes it feels like we are a frog in water waiting to be boiled.
And in the case of geoengineering, we really can’t afford to not notice until we’ve been boiled.

Ms. Diane Jolie has done an excellent job of investigating and researching how far back this goes, the oversight (there is none), regulations (again, there are none), and how most of it is not available to FOIA because the data is owned by private companies now.}

DO search the terms “trees” + “aluminum,” because using aluminum particulates has a host of issues that come with it, along with the other aerosol components, barium and strontium…all known carcinogens. What about the birds and animals and plants and trees being force fed the particulates in our homeostatic system? Why all the folding trees? With no winds, why are tree branches falling off otherwise healthy trees? Turns out aluminum inhibits cellulose productoin. Again…do the research because they won’t tell you…GMP and insurance companies will tell you: Trees: BAD.
HAARP was the start of all of this. And went online in 1998 while I was in Alaska…and Nick Begich tried to blow the whistle…blowback on that was tragic for his family. 25 years ago.
SIERRA magazine, in FALL 2023, did a nice graphic of the kinds of geoengineering in play (that we know about) now and the unintended consequences of effing with a system that has its own checks and balances.
And the Ancients knew that our earth goes in cycles too large for us to comprehend in 60-90 years. So they wrote in stone and secreted texts away to be found later on by a smarter human being…

THANK YOU! I believe this is the most important topic of our time…and the most overlooked. Paul, I remember that Saturday you spoke of…right before the December floods. Or skies were saturated – even multiple criss crossing trails. Ironically, I was at Sugarbush on that Saturday in 2023 waiting for my family at the bottom of the lift. I watch a plane travers and spray the entire length – horizon to horizon in what seemed like 15 minutes or so. I know you are talking about 2020 at Sugarbush, but the irony is still real!
To make matters, Esther Charlestin, who is now running for governor vows to prioritize “the climate.” She is the last person we need! She has no connection to our state and can’t possibly know who the real Vermonters are or what we stand for – she’s lived here for four years.
How can we bring this to light?? VT absolutely wants to brag about their “climate solutions,” which need to stop immediately.
How to stop this? For starters, you can join the Facebook group VT SKY (NOT the group VT Skies!) and learn what we’re up to. We will be having our first in- person meeting at the end of the month. I invite anyone interested in stopping this to join us.

It’s hard to sleep at night after reading or watching even a small portion of his articles and videos but I’ve been watching the skies and have noticed the network of comtrails preceding some of the extended days of rainfall and storms we’ve had this summer fall.
It’s only a conspiracy theory if it isn’t happening, the evidence shows it is.

I don’t know how any conscious person can’t notice the contrails that have been flying nonstop .It is noticeably different than what planes looked like even when I was a kid . Folks we need to ask now .What is going on? Governor Scott we are calling upon you as our voice to know what is happening .
This article is such a great start for folks who are unfamiliar with this phenomenon. I too have had a front row seat for many years at the Sugarbush area mountain vantage point. The Saturday before Christmas , I also observed 8 contrails clouding up a gorgeous bright blue sky and turning it a hazy milky blah by 2 in the afternoon. I recall getting very angry, as it was obvious TPTB wanted rain for the holiday ski crowd. ( I love to ski. ) 3-4 contrails is standard for regular rain…8 to me was jaw-dropping, so I stopped in my tracks and watched it for over an hour. Irrefutable. ( I and many of my friends also remarked on the contrail extravaganza during the July floods… )

Having gone down this hole it immediately came to mind when I read Nano in his article. Not hard to have nano things spread in the skies and have people breathing them ! There is much Graphene oxide in our skies and boy can they do things with that ! After all we are electrical beings ……

I urge everyone to watch Tucker Carlson’s interview of astrophysicist and climate scientist Willie Soon, which just came out yesterday, January 9. Dr Soon, who left Harvard after 31 years because he refused to take the jab or tainted research funding, pulls no punches in explaining the real sources of climate variations. He also explains why “fossil fuels” are a huge misnomer and why what we call “oil” is created by and within the Earth, just as gold, silver, and uranium are. In effect, he is saying that oil is a mineral being constantly created and we could never run out.
