Flash floods in Warren and Waitsfield over the weekend devastated culverts and a portion of Route 100 near Madbush Falls in Waitsfield.
In conversation over the weekend many Vermonters pointed out that it seems to be rainy every single Saturday! While this may seem like a classic complaint during mid-May, this recent flood in the Mad River Valley certainly triggers memories of floods in Vermont in recent years.
Also this weekend, I was sent the following email from a Chronicle reader:
“Blaze Media (Glen Beck) sent an email describing an interview that Nicole Shanahan (Back to the People) had with a scientist, Dane Wigington, who is involved with Geoengineeringwatch.org. The interview discussed the existential threat of geoengineering. They advertised a YouTube video titled The Dimming (Exposing the global climate geoengineering cover-up). This video complements the information that VDC presented in the past. The point that Nicole Shanahan and Dane Wigington needed to make was the exposure of this to the U.S. people. I think this would make a great conversation piece on your show, Friday at Four. Nicole Shanahan and Dane Wigington have some great credentials. People in Vt. need to sit up and take notice of this information. People need to watch this video!!”

At VDC we have been following the geoengineering conversation for years.
While conversation on this controversial subject continues to explode, we remember that VDC editor Guy Page was one of the first reporters to ever ask RFK jr a question about geoengineering, and the subject was actually Dane Wigington!
Here’s an excerpt from a VDC article back in June 2023 on RFK jr’s visit to Vermont:
Guy Page: “You’ve said in the program with Dane Wigington that geoengineering is as great a threat as climate change. Can you talk more about that?”
RFK jr: “We’re seeing these geoengineering schemes that are crazy. To fill the air with aluminum particulates – I think that’s one of Bill Gates’ projects – to fill the atmosphere to darken the sunlight on the earth. We have no idea what that will do to our atmosphere, and potentially that could be much more dangerous. I don’t like carbon capture. I think we should improve the resilience of our ecosystems by protecting, first of all, regenerative farming, which this nation is leading the world in, and by protecting habitats which give climate resilience.”
More recently…
Despite RFK jr.’s April disclosure on Dr. Phil, that DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is likely the government agency responsible for ongoing covert geoengineering projects, no one can definitively determine what is being sprayed in our skies or who is behind it.
RFK Jr. also alluded to a popular disinformation narrative on Dr. Phil, that says what is being sprayed is merely a byproduct of ‘jet exhaust,’ rather than something intentionally added and sprayed like Coal Fly Ash (CFA’s), as theorized by multiple researchers at the Vermont based anti-geoengineering organization, Our Geoengineering Age.
OGA’s Nuclear Geochemist Marvin Heardon, and his Coal Fly Ash Theory (CFA) have recently been at the forefront of the geoengineering conversation.
Last week OGA published a substack titled It is NOT just “jet exhaust,” addressing the ‘information civil war’ taking place within the geoengineering space. One side argues that so-called ‘chemtrails’ and their effects on weather are merely a byproduct of jet exhaust and not intentional. The other side argues that geoengineering operations are the result of intentionally added and sprayed substances such as Coal Fly Ash.
Jim Lee, a prominent geoengineering critic, who appeared as a guest on Del Bigtree’s The Highwire on March 14, 2024, to discuss geoengineering, is one of the main proponents of the ‘it’s just jet exhaust,’ theory.
Last summer, OGA co-authored an article with a retired airline pilot, titled Geoengineering Disinformation: Two Opposing Testimonies and the Stakes for Humanity, that critiques Jim Lee’s assertions on The Highwire as misleading.
I personally had my first run in with Jim Lee a couple weeks back when preparing for my debate with Cloud Seeding company CEO (Rainmaker), Augustus Doricko.
Doricko actually added Jim Lee to the group chat on X and tried to frame our debate as ‘Me and Jim Lee’ vs. Doricko and a compatriot of his choosing.
When I refused and said I would ONLY entertain a debate between myself and Doricko, Jim Lee immediately began attacking OGA, Marvin Herndon, Mark Whiteside, and their Coal Fly Ash (CFAs) Hypothesis.
I refused to be on the same side as Jim Lee and I apologized, to which he replied,
“None taken. You don’t know anything about the topic. No offense. So, a three way debate is fine. Paul vs Augustus and I’ll steelman both sides. Can we agree to that?”
I refused again. He than said:
“So you’re on the Herndon/Whiteside of things: Chemtrails are Coal Fly Ash. Now this makes sense.”
VT OGA British Invasion:
OGA publisher and spokesman Rob Williams took part in a gathering of Welsh Farmers in the United Kingdom over the weekend (May 17-20).
“Thanks to OGA’s Dr. Rob Williams for facilitating an inspiring two hour dialogue and providing both free OGA resources and individual and group solutions for our community here in Wales,” said organizer Katherine Rees. “Everyone really enjoyed our OGA rugby club gathering, and we continued conversations at the local pub afterwards over drinks and dinner.”
“OGA is here to help support and defend Team Human around the world in this unique moment for our species,” explained Dr. Rob Williams, OGA lead publisher. “Geoengineering is central to the stated Transhumanist goal of merging humans with powerful new digital technologies for power, profit, and population control – and we will stop them, but only if we ‘gird our loins’ with wisdom, joy, and courage in equal measure.”

The geoengineering conversation exploded in the United Kingdom last month after the UK government approved £50 million in funding for small-scale outdoor experiments to explore solar geoengineering techniques, such as injecting aerosols into the stratosphere or brightening clouds to reflect sunlight, aimed at temporarily cooling the planet to combat climate change.
“No toxic substances would be released, an environmental impact assessment would be published before outdoor experiments and that local communities would be consulted. Details of the projects funded by Aria are expected in a few week,” says the Guardian:
Earlier this month, Rob Williams was a guest on one of the UK’s largest health and wellness podcasts, “The Wellness Way,” with Philly J Lay: “Geoengineering Exposed: Dr Rob Williams on Chemtrails, military Agendas & the Power of Breath”
Rob Williams is also currently in Wales to present: “BEINGS HUMAN,” documentary film in Wales, UK at the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival Short Film & BAFTA Cymru Qualifying Film Festival in Llanelli.
Once Considered Conspiracy Theory, Weather Control Latest MAHA Battleground
A Daily Caller article from yesterday (5/19) mentions cloud seeding company ‘Rainmaker’ CEO, Augustus Doricko, whom OGA’s Paul Bean recently debated on X:
“‘He’s backed by big money,’ McGowan said, pointing to photos Doricko posted to X with Lauren Sanchez, Jeff Bezos’s wife, and with former President Bill Clinton…Doricko and Rainmaker were initially funded by a $100,000 grant from PayPal cofounder and billionaire mogul Peter Thiel. Rainmaker also recently received over $25 million in a Series A funding round, part of which came from Long Journey Venture Capital. Arielle Zuckerberg, youngest sister to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, is a top general partner at the firm.”
Doricko told Business Insider in 2024, “I view in no small part what we’re doing at Rainmaker as, cautiously and with scrutiny from others and advice from others, helping to establish the kingdom of God…”
“We need water for our farms. We need water for our cities. We need water for our chip fabs,” Doricko, told the Daily Caller, arguing that leading the way on cloud seeding is a necessity to U.S. national security
Doricko made similar arguments during our April 4 debate:
“Either half a million acres of farmland, if not more, will turn into desert in California, in the next five years. Either Phoenix doesn’t get to grow anymore and maybe will become depopulated because there’s not enough water. Colorado will become increasingly untenable as a state to live in. States like Florida or Tennessee, that traditionally haven’t suffered from drought, won’t have an ability to address them if they do come up in the future, and we’re going to lose a great portion of our agricultural base and our capacity to grow.”
Doricko made the case that cloud seeding was a necessity to ensure food supplies in the United States and beyond. As I said many times during our debate, Vermont is good on water…
Thanks to VDC I have been able to share our message at OGA now for the last 2+ years. You may remember following the catastrophic flooding in July 2023, we published the article: How did this storm happen? Don’t rule out weather modification. This was one of our most circulated stories of the year.
As this conversation continues to explode, OGA is finding itself right in the middle of it!

It also strikes me as odd that the same folks who claim that solar irradiance is an irrelevant piece of “man made” climate change, which of course it is; then turn around and decide that blocking the sun’s irradiance is a good thing. MMM…. First of all one has to believe that climate is largely controlled by man’s actions. This is most likely not the case, and is fact probably a very minor and insignificant part of changing climates. Climate is very complicated and is controlled mostly by systems outside of our control: Solar Sun Cycles, Magnetic Field Changes, Gravitational effect of Planetary allignments, etc. All of these affect oceans, currents etc. In my opinion and extensive reading on the subject, we are not facing the threat of a warming climate, but of a cooling climate. Perhaps the globalist who continue to promulgate and extensively fund the idea that the climate is warming due to man’s very existence and activities on earth, and actually know this – by promulgating and funding the opposite, this then becomes another tool to reduce population. This would of course be because then the preparations for warming will be abject failures in a cooling climate. But then again perhaps they are so bought into the warming narrative that they are unable to contemplate and evaluate the science that demonstrates that we are probably at the beginnings of another ice age, though how deep and extensive that will be is not yet known. Meanwhile they can profit greatly off of the AGW narrative. Follow the money.
This persistent flooding this spring, and early summer, in Warren especially, has me wondering, do other towns with ski areas that make snow have issues with “spring runoff” and/or late spring, early summer flooding ? Do the brooks that drain the east side of the Mad River flood, or have a similar run off ? If there is an issue, do the brooks that drain Stowe, Killington, etc have a similar issue ? Has anybody thought to initiate studies to determine the effects that snow making has on spring watershed conditions ? Just wondering ……..
Too many trees falling on my property wrecking cars, pulling electric boxes off buildings, and damaging roofs. Moss and mildew are the norm in the last several years. The ground is so wet and the trees are also getting sick and dying.
The geo engineering is having the effect of killing trees – which are our protectors in so many ways.
No doubt this is a huge problem with people thinking they are God.
Is it any coincidence that I saw 2 separate chemtrails on Wednesday 5/14/25 and we got torrential dumps of rain 3 days later? (I twice sent details and photos to DOGE@mail.house.gov but that mailbox is full and is not accepting any more emails.) Jet exhaust quickly goes away. The chemtrails I observed did not go away. They hung in the air for up to an hour or more. I thought chemtrails were outlawed by the new administration. Is that not so?
Weather warfare is destroying large sections of this country.
The photo by Lizzy Hewitt of Rt.100 damage near Madbush Falls in Waitsfield provides a clue for mitigating storm damage. Hopefully the Department of Transportation is paying attention. When they fix the road – PUT IN A BIGGER CULVERT. Had the culvert in the photo been sized properly in the first place, there would have been no ‘devestation’.
Standard sizing procedure: Calculate the size required to accommodate a 100 year storm – AND THEN DOUBLE IT…. at a minimum.
