In July of 2023 Vermont was hit with catastrophic floods that destroyed downtowns and homes across much of central Vermont. The largest flood we experienced in Vermont since Tropical Storm Irene ravished our state, including my hometown of Northfield. As it’s been explained by many, Tropical Storm Irene was a one day deal. In the course of around 36 hours, Vermont was drenched by seven inches of rain (in some places). The next day, everyone got up, and the sun was shining and we immediately got to work with recovery. However the floods we are experiencing in the past year are the result of much different circumstances.
Experts are saying
Experts are saying the increased flooding in Vermont is the result of new weather patterns caused by climate change. Storms that are more frequent, more destructive, and intense weather to all the extremes. Heat waves and polar vortexes. Monsoons and drought. We are told by “experts” that what we are experiencing is primarily caused by climate change caused by carbon emissions.
During the lead up to last year’s flood, we experienced an increased amount of rain through early and late spring, saturating the soils of the earth, leading to a devastating July 11th flood completely destroying downtown Barre and our capital city of Montpelier. At this time, I claimed the flood was caused by Geoengineering, and I sort of even suggested that Vermont was a potential target of said flooding. I stand by some of what I said, however after our most recent three floods (December 2023 flood, July 11, 2024, and St. Johnsbury August 1) My perspective on the geoengineered flooding has changed.
Increased amount of unusual weather
I believe now that Geoengineering itself is not done with the goal to “cause flooding in Vermont,” however it is a (to some) beneficial byproduct of a much larger climate-engineering project. Following the 2024 July 11 flood, it was pointed out to me a number of times that “ya know Paul, there was a large hurricane that was traveling up the country, and yes it just happened to flood here too.”
As I write this, we are currently expecting another Hurricane (Debby) to make her way up the east coast, and many are bracing for yet another potential flood.
At this point, you might be wondering, “what’s the “larger project at hand? Are you insinuating that our weather is being manipulated at a larger level than just Vermont?”
Short answer, yes.
Allow me to explain
Following the floods of this summer, we have seen a lot of messaging coming from our local newspapers and national experts, warning that these floods “cloud the new norm.”
“Extreme flooding conditions like these are often the result of random, short term natural weather patterns heightened by long term human caused climate change,” writes Patrick Whittle and Michael Casey of the Associated Press featured on the front page of the Times Argus. “With climate change, storms are forming in a warmer atmosphere, making extreme rainfall a more frequent reality. The additional warning that scientists predict is coming will only make it worse, with the Northeast U.S. among the regions vulnerable to heavier rain in the future.”
The amount of mental gymnastics and genuine brain power you have to exert to understand the manipulation, gaslighting, and misinformation surrounding this subject is exhausting, and that is the goal.
NYT Article:
Take this headline for example on the front page of the Sunday New York Times, August 4, 2024; Scientist Wants to Block Sunlight to Cool Earth. “Such radical interventions are increasingly being taken seriously as the effects of global climate change grow more intense. Global temperatures have hit record highs for 13 months in a row, unleashing violent weather, deadly heat waves, and rising sea levels. Scientists expect the heat to keep climbing for decades. The main driver of the warming, fossil fuels… There is growing interest in efforts to internally alter the Earth’s climate, a field known as geoengineering.” This article was written about a Harvard scientist, David Keith, who has for years advocated for the intentional release of sulfur dioxide into the stratosphere with the goal to lower temperatures worldwide.
Despite push backs and concerns from the larger environmental communities, this is a message David Keith has been touting for the larger half of the last decade.
“Harvard University has a solar geoengineering program that has received grants from the microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, the Alfred P. Solan foundation, and the William and Flora Hewlett foundation,” the NYT article continues. “Opponents worry it would distract from the urgent work of transitioning away from fossil fuels. They object to intentionally releasing sulfur dioxide, a pollutant that would eventually move from the stratosphere to ground level, where it can irritate the skin, eyes, nose, and throat and can cause respiratory problems. And they fear that, once begun, a solar geoengineering program would be difficult to stop.”
Considering all of this, we want to point out that we theorize at Our Geoengineering Age that some form of Geoengineering is already taking place, and we are seeing the negative health effects as explored here on our website.
Increasingly this is the message we are seeing; Climate Change is getting really bad, and Oh! We might have to manipulate the climate to stop it!
We saw in an article in the New Yorker from one of Vermont’s own, Bill McKibben of Ripton, November 22, 2022 “Dimming the Sun to Cool the Planet Is a Desperate Idea, Yet We’re Inching Toward It.” We also saw this research in spring released by NOAA “Scientists detail research to assess viability and risks of marine cloud brightening.”
Climate manipulation and weather modification are already going on. Today’s so-called “experts” are literally describing what the effects of persistent Geoengineering would have on our climate as described in the recent Times Argus. They claim the excessive rain here in Vermont is caused by the increased temperatures. At OGA we do not disagree that there has been an increase of temperatures, we just disagree on the cause being carbon emissions.
That’s not to say they do not affect the climate or the weather (entirely), however, we argue the excessive heat is caused by jet-laid particulates in the troposphere, stopping the Earth’s natural cooling system, or convection cycle, thus their trapping of heat in the Northeast U.S., causing increased amounts of rain.
An information war
I am becoming more convinced by the day that what we are seeing in our skies, our weather, and especially our media, is a concerted effort to manipulate, control, and dominate the planet earth through the use of Geoengineering. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson famously stated in 1962 that “he who controls the weather will control the world.” The battle for our skies and ultimately our environment is as much about real science, real data, and research, as it is about media, propaganda, and disinformation campaigns.
What we are seeing from the mainstream press is a concerted effort to mask geoengineering as a “theory,” something that still needs testing, research, and application – and that it is still on “the black board” as one might say.
We argue at OGA that it is not only off the blackboard, but there is an entire covert scientific community that has been, and still is, using weather modification as a geostrategic tool to assert and establish full spectrum military dominance on planet earth as a whole, and they have been since the end of World War II… This is done through the alliance of NATO and western nations as a whole. Not to mention this is overtly taking place in countries such as China and the UAE
Geoengineering is part of the “green” agenda as some might say. The goal is to create a false sense of scarcity, control resources, control land ownership, control food supplies, control the populations, and unfortunately a lot more. They are literally creating the “climate crisis” on purpose so they are able to capitalize on a number of “solutions;” for example the ridiculous climate legislation we are seeing here in Vermont as I mentioned in my last essay on the subject.
Think of geoengineering as a multi-purpose, multi-use program, and for each purpose and goal there are groups of people siloed in their function. Geoengineering is used not just to control the weather, but to enhance military communications technologies, their location systems, long range weapon accuracy, and a lot more. There are subdivisions within the military, compartmentalized into their specific use or need of said technology, and very few people have a full picture perspective on how exactly these technologies work.

No. We are not being told that by experts. We’re being told that by ‘some’ experts, that carbon emissions are the cause of climate change. But this is certainly not the consensus of all experts. Hardly.
Not the nearly 2000 scientists and researchers who signed the Clintel World Climate Declaration that demystifies the CO2 panic. Even the most recent Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report says nothing that counters the World Climate Declaration. And then there’s John Feldman’s documentary, Regenerating Life, that also explains how CO2 is not the boogeyman it’s made out to be. It’s the water vapor cycle, after all, that has the greatest atmospheric impact on the immediate climate. And, then of course, we have the Milankovitch (Orbital) Cycles showing that the earth’s ever-changing orbit and tilting of its axis are what cause the ice age cycles.
What do these other experts tell us. They say that, if anything, we should be adapting to climate change, not trying to mitigate it – as though any of these mitigations (e.g., green energy schemes, EVs, geoengineering, and so forth) have a snowballs chance in…, well, you get the idea.
And yet, not one mention of these points in Paul Bean’s missive. It’s not as though these issues haven’t been raised here on VDC dozens of times. But it is curious that the VDC folks won’t acknowledge these distinct possibilities.
But one thing is abundantly clear. Investing the absurd quantity of resources, both intellectual and economic, through legislation that ONLY mitigates carbon emissions, is by nearly every consensus, going to bankrupt us sooner than climate kills us.

It explains, rationally, all the hot oceans and warming from the WATER VAPOR in the atmosphere since the eruption, dwarfing any anthropogenic effects, even if they did exist.
Use this and confront these “experts”.
I mean, I certainly wouldn’t rule out weather warfare or misguided geo-engineering, but everyone seems to keep forgetting that the excess rains of last year and this were preceded by the Spring ’23 Hunga Tonga volcano explosion, the largest ever recorded on Earth, that put 10% of the total normal amount of water vapor into the upper atmosphere. Water vapor has a much greater greenhouse effect than carbon.
When our own governor will not speak out against or even acknowledge that Geoengineering practices are taking place in Vermont, it speaks volumes of coverup!!!The gov, the house and senate are all involved in gaslighting everyone to agree that the only way we can fix the flooding is by buying into the plan of going deeper into debt by buying EV, heat pumps, and solar panels. To continue paying higher and higher heating fuel, gas and electricity costs as well. Or you know what, we can all move to another state!!! Isn’t less people part of the plan with having less of a carbon footprint??? And the social media and newspapers are complicit with the plan because that’s what they are told to do-don’t forget you are still being controlled. Who do you need to talk to -to have a bill written up to ban geoengineering in the state like Tennessee??? It’s why we need true republican leadership in Congress.

Report titled “The Federal Role in Weather Modification” Published December 1975. Domestic Council, Environmental Resources Committee, Subcommittee on Climate Change. This was back when we were all going to freeze to death (Ice Age Cometh.) Then, they had to pivot to we are all going to burn up from global warming. When that didn’t work out, we are now just under the submission-through-fear tactic called “climate change” – we’ve come full circle, I suppose.
We can all kick this can around all day, every day. The fact remains, our government is out of control and controlled by malevolent sociopaths with seemingly unlimited money and resources. Why? Because they stole it from us for generations through deception and instilling fear. Luciferian tactics passed down over millenia. Who is the Father of all lies? Depopulation is the goal. Centralized, Total Control and Total Power is the goal. The decendents of Cain and wicked spiritual madness – the veil is thinning. With ‘experts’ like these, who needs anything?
I agree, man DOES cause “climate change”. Except, in addition to dimming our skies, man does so via geoengineering and, lest we forget, HAARP. It ain’t the average Joe doing that nonsense. HAARP is capable of super-heating very small, specific areas of the ocean or atmosphere. This allows storms to form or smaller storms to become large storms (and even tornadoes) after HAARP pumps them up. Further, once a storm has formed, HAARP can then “steer” it by super-heating the area in the direction they want the storm to go.
“Scientists”? “Experts”? Please. My policy now is, if a story doesn’t quote a name and a reputable, verifiable, published source that I can check for myself. And as Mr Eshelman rightly points out, there are many, MANY scientific professionals who strongly disagree with the prevailing dogma, AND with real data to back up their conclusions.
I don’t really think Vermont is a target. In fact, I don’t think ANY blue state is a target. Unless of course someone has a bunch of 15-minute cities planned for our state. No, I think we’re more in the “collateral damage” category. Once the monster storm is created, they have no way to “shut it off”, so once they’re done with it, it’ll go wherever nature dictates it will go.
Don’t even get me started on DEWs (Directed Energy Weapons). Long story short? Put a metal roof on your house and make sure it’s that bright blue color. Buy a blue car if you can. Why? Another rabbit-hole for another time, but you can certainly do a little research and find out for yourself.

HAARP (and technologies similar) depend on jet laid particulates to “ionize” the atmosphere to super heat. I used to think it was a target but now I think it’s more so beneficial to their agenda collateral damage.

Thank you for the kind words, Paul. The truth is like the proverbial snowball. No one notices that one tiny snowball at first, but we keep rolling it and rolling it and eventually it gets big enough that even the hardcore deniers can no longer deny its existence. This is a great read about Earth’s warming. Professor Paul Bierman, a geologist at the University of Vermont has greatly researched this global warming matter. The atricle has a lot of info involving UVM.
” Greenland was almost completely ice-free at some point in the last one million years, fossilized flowers from a core sample taken from the center of the island reveal. Today, nearly 98% of Greenland is covered in ice — but new research suggests it was virtually ice-free less than a million years ago.”
“To make the discovery, the research team reexamined a sample of an ice core extracted in 1993. They found a plethora of fossils, including willow, fungi and insect body parts. But the most spectacular find was an impeccably preserved Arctic poppy seed.”
Another core, extracted from Greenland’s northwest coast in 1966, was analyzed by Bierman and an international team in 2019. They found several fossils — including seeds, twigs and insect body parts — hinting that this part of Greenland was ice-free within the past 500,000 years.
The latest study reveals the center of Greenland was also free of ice at some point in the last 1 million years. The landscape that is now covered by a layer of ice 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) thick hosted an entire tundra ecosystem, with flowers and potentially even small trees, according to the statement.

Then there was the Vikings that settled in Greenland, just a few years ago.
So much for politician ego trips regarding climate change due to CO2 and taxing.
The biggest problem with all of this is that 2 years does not equal a long-term trend in weather/climate. We simply don’t know yet. There’s a good chance these floods, all caused by very different reasons, are not a bizarre and disastrous statistical glitch. We went from drought-year, to flood-year, to lesser-flood-year. This first flood year was caused by prolonged rain inundating the entire water table, stemming from the humidity and massive amount of particulates from the Canadian wildfires. This year it was from El Nino weather patterns changing the flow of storms up towards us, and the flooding was due to relatively-sudden torrential spurts of rain which overwhelmed the sub-par drainage infrastructure.While I do not think we can afford not to learn from these and prepare for possible future events, these are not yet representative of a definite pattern.
