On Nov. 19, Bradford Police were forwarded a video taken by a witness of two individuals engaging in sexual intercourse at the Bradford Park and Ride the day before. The video provided was taken during broad daylight, in the open, in the occupied parking lot open to the general public.
As evidenced by the video received, this incident occurred in plain view of the public. Bradford Police began an investigation into the matter and recognized the vehicle in question. It was soon located and a possible person involved was identified.
On Dec. 13, Bradford Police located the vehicle, and its owner, Heather Carle, at her residence in Bradford. The investigation continued resulting in Carle, 52, being identified as one of the offenders. Carle was issued a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court to answer the charge of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct on Feb. 19.

I’m curious as to why the Bradford Police didn’t cite the male involved in this incident as well. I wonder how much effort was put into identifying him…and he certainly should get to share in the publicity. Not to mention the court appearance.
It does seem the guy got off after having a ton of sex in a public place……
They absolutely should identify the other person. The embarrassment for having mounted this trog would be nonstop!

I am with you, The male should be cited and to you all who think that thought it was punishment enough to have had sex with her I would turn it on its head. Her punishment was sex with him! We have no idea if it really was consentual. Shame VDC for going to lengths to embarrass her , and not him! let them who are without sin cast the first stones.
You all raise a good point- WHAT ABOUT THE GUY? Problem is that police report said nothing about it. Hopefully we’ll learn more.

The male *was* cited in the article as an ‘offender’.
Perhaps the police haven’t learned who he is. And, unlikely as it may be, perhaps ‘the male’ was a victim. After all, if we don’t know who he is, his name may be being withheld, as would the name of any assault victim.
The fact is, we don’t know. I wonder, if the person arrested in this article was the man, and his picture was shown, would there be equal concern for finding the woman as an alleged accomplice?

With all due respect. Ms. Carle has sufficiently embarrassed herself. If anything, wasting space on this seedy happenstance is questionable. Surely, there are more relevant and important topics to pursue. But VDC’s article is no more shameful than it is to characterize Ms. Carle as a victim without knowing all of the facts.

I feel badly for those involved – especially the Bradford police, the public defender, the prosecutor, and the judge, who all have to watch it. Due process can be a b-tch.
Now do the open air intercourse and prostitution in the Burlington parking garages next!

Look…I thought about this lady, and though I do not know her legend, or background, in looking at the mugshot, I see a photo of a soul who appears to have had a rough go in life, and she looks to me to be very embarrassed, sorry, and sad, so if she has no bad record, being Christmas is soon upon us, I would be inclined that the embarrassment, and public ridicule, she is living, right now, would be punishment enough and wouldn’t it be nice if the police and the judge dropped the charges and closed the case as public ridicule/time served, and a very Merry Christmas to all involved. To me ,this seems just, in a world filled with injustice.

This entire situation is messed up! The person who willingly watched these two and videoed them , then put it on social media should also be punished . The person basically distributed pornography via the internet . The dude in the video should also be punished. How do we not know that this poor lady wasn’t raped or abused in some way ??
