Wilson: Chicken slaughter bill a bright spot

by Rep. Charles Wilson

H.603 – This bill, sponsored by organic farmer Rep. Heather Suprenant (D-Barnard), is a bright spot. Small farms would be allowed to sell parts, and not whole birds, from the farm, at a farmers’ market, or to a food restaurant.

Rep. Heather Surprenant

H.779 – Another bright spot – sponsored by Rep. Terri Williams (R-Granby) – is this bill proposes to establish that a fetus be treated as a victim under State homicide law and proposes DUI with resulting and grossly negligent operation of a motor vehicle with death resulting.

H.582 – An act to prohibit semiautomatic assault weapons. Totally unconstitutional by the 2nd Amendment.

H.432 – A tax to pay for slavery restitution. A very prejudiced bill that fails to recognize slavery of poor whites, Japanese, Chinese, Irish, Scots, Jews and today’s child trafficking etc. All slavery throughout history is an unspeakable horror but to repay won’t work and can only be stopped by our free will.

At the Governor’s Budget message, many including myself, could not help but notice many Democrats and Progressives not showing honor or support by applause, and standing in direct defiance of the Office of Governor of our state. This just shows that the supermajority will continue to ram through special interest bills to appease their generous out-of-state donors. This is also reflected in the Budget Adjustment.

Bill H.839 Again, they spent millions, some for good reason, but increased funding with no money so…more new taxes! It also allows tenants to be irresponsible for rent payment and then cannot be evicted. The Budget claims to be balanced but how is that possible with deficit spending?

Rep. Charles Wilson (Caledonia-3)

Another note for those who may overlook or ignore the reality of the U.N.2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. There is proof that the U.N. budgets millions for U.S. bound migrants in 2024 and even in prior years and States and Nations are paying into this. The end game is that the U.N. and all States have no funds to house and feed the thousands of migrants. Many do not carry any identification or the will to assimilate into America as citizens.

The U.S. Government and States including Vermont, have an obligation to lessen the tax burdens on our citizens, as many in Vermont cannot afford the current cost of living, which is completely out of control. In Vermont Food Security or “Farm to Plate” sounds good but is in line with the U.N. 2030 Agenda with a roadmap for financial assistance, housing, food provision, supply chain, infrastructure at a high cost to an already overtaxed and burdened citizenry. Their deadline is 2035 and this program will take control of as much farmland, forest and farms as they can get. With often good intentions to help or to fix problems, government is regulating every aspect of our lives. Many States have signed onto the U.N. Agenda which is not legislated by Constitutional Law.

In short, there are outside forces like the U.N.’s agendas, businesses, corporations and nations profiting and tearing down our culture. Vermont loves to spend its citizens money!

  2. m. c../// you will confuse the public with all this crazy talk/// i am trying to get past the covid scam demic////do not want to be frighten again///

  3. The 30 by 30 and 50 by 50 conservation of Vermont’s lands is part of the U.N.2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The sinister agenda behind this land grab is the creation of a completely new investment class known as a “Natural Asset Company” (NAC). SEC proposed rule to authorize the creation of NAC’s was withdrawn, after pushback from congressional representatives, state authorities, and the public. You can bet they won’t give up: https://www.coreysdigs.com/u-s/globalist-plan-to-control-u-s-land-resources-through-nacs-withdrawn-after-pushback/

    • Yeah, I wrote to my VT Senators regarding the Natural Asset Companies a while back. They weren’t interested, called it a federal issue. I’m glad to hear it was withdrawn.
It’s frustrating and exhausting to be in a constant battle with elected officials to try to get them to do the right thing or even listen but maybe it worked this time.

    • I wrote my opposing comments regarding Natural Asset Companies to the SEC when there was an Open Comment Window (ended January 18th) on its website. While there, I noticed opposing comments from so many people from all over the US. We were all in unison about how destructive Natural Asset Companies would be to America – another way to takeover a sovereign country by foreign invaders, enemies from abroad and within who are working hand-in-hand to destroy America. It would literally make America a vassal state, where American Citizens would eventually own nothing, not even their water, air, minerals or land. Watch out for Land Trusts, Nature Conservancy, they are all ready to take your land rights away while claiming its good for the environment and may lessen your taxes.

  4. You should definitely be able to sell and purchase individual chicken parts but they must all have a serial number affixed, or else if reassembled would be considered a “ghost chicken” and that would be scary.
