Mass. Bill H4750 To eliminate Fathers and Mothers from birth certificates passes 40-0

by Aaron Warner
The State of Massachusetts is a hair’s breadth away from changing the meaning of family at the most nascent level of government involvement – the birth certificate.
The House Ways and Means Committee voted 40-0 to adopt the bill H.4750 after several rounds of amendments which will move it along to the senate for final approval. If passed birth certificates in Massachusetts will no longer use common familial terminology like “mother” or “father” but “person who gave birth” and “other parent”.
The bill was co-sponsored by some sixty-two representatives, of which three were Republicans, the rest Democrats save for one who is listed as “unenrolled”.
The forty-two page bill systematically re-writes the language common to birth certificates throughout the United States creating a pathway for other states to follow suit.
The state of Vermont began this assault on birth certificates back in April of 2022 by passing a bill allowing Vermonters to change their birth certificates to match their preferred gender identity while offering a third option “x”. X is intended to open the door to such chosen identities as “non-binary” among others.
Language intended to erase mother and father from the legal lexicon related to a child’s parents is found in sections 33 and 34 which reads:
“SECTION 33. Said section 8 of said chapter 209C, as so appearing, is hereby further
amended by striking out, in line 7, the words “mother or putative father submits” and inserting in
place thereof the following words:- person who gave birth or alleged genetic parent submits
sufficient evidence of parentage, which may include evidence.
SECTION 34. Said section 8 of said chapter 209C, as so appearing, is hereby further
amended by striking out, in lines 12 and 13, the words “father or mother” and inserting in place
thereof the following word:- parent.”
Also running afoul of the progressive need to redefine terms is the phrase “child born out of wedlock” to be replaced with “nonmarital child”.
A deeper examination of the document reveals another sweeping power grab by the state who, after redefining family, offers itself power over determining who are the rightful parents. Vague legalese seems to offer the state the ability to deny parents based on adjudicating and conferring the claim to parentage solely to the “person who gives birth” effectively stripping the father of any rights to claim their child:
“Section 14. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, an action to establish parentage
of a child may be instituted during pregnancy but shall only be filed by the person to give birth
or their representative or by the IV-D agency as set forth in chapter 119A on behalf of the person
to give birth. In the case of any complaint brought prior to the birth of the child, no final
judgment on the issue of parentage shall be made until after the birth of the child; provided,
however, that the court may order temporary support or health care coverage.”
So the State of Massachusetts is not just Big Brother it’s now your daddy.
If the ease with which the bill has passed the house is any indication of its fate in the senate Massachusetts residents can be expected to adopt this new bill and revision to what it means to be a family and parents sooner than you can say mama or dada.

Readily apparent the inmates are now in control of the asylum
Excuse me while I throw up……
Lunacy. Sheer lunacy. Vermont legislators:….you’ve missed THIS opportunity????Masswholes are lapping you. Catch up!
Why is it again that people from that state to our south are refered to as”Massholes” ?
Hey – just the kind of intelligent, incisive commentary we all need more of – congratulations! You too, Twalton, Gaffney, Muir.
Mark, I just happened to copy some of your “intelligent, incisive commentary we all need more of” here. “Your appeal is limited to the tiny minority of seriously unhappy, name calling, paranoid, low information, conspiracy lovers that frequent this website”. Thanks for the advice from the horse’s mouth Mark, very intelligent and incisive commentary on your part.
There have been millions of birth certificates on there where the person listed hasn’t really been the father, who cares.
Reductio ad absurdum doesn’t work here Chris. The bill is clearly about much more than that. It’s a language game to acquire power over families, parents, and mostly children. Of course you don’t care.
“An Act to Ensure Legal Parentage Equality,” creates legal pathways to parentage for individuals and couples using assisted reproduction and surrogacy and affords non-biological parents and those acting in a meaningful parental role the ability to pursue full legal rights.
Seriously, what is wrong with that?
Sex traffickers can create farms of offspring.
“Legal Parentage” – A means to cover up for the stolen, missing, and trafficked children. Ensures a generation, two or three, of human beings will have no idea who they really are, where they originated from, or any means to find out. Humans are chattel to the overlords. The monsters are simply utilitzing lawfare warfare to ensure crimes against humanity remain hidden from the victims and their rightful, cultural, ancestorial families.
Also, the Dem/Progs have demonstrated their incentive and intent to alter birth certificates for quite a few decades. It has served their dirty deeds well.
If it were only that it wouldn’t be an issue. The nature of the bill is to fundamentally erase the nature of a family. Marxists use these word games to acquire power. This is 100 percent about power over the fundamental building block of our society – the family. Read all 42 pages closely and you’ll see it’s not about empowering non-biological parents to obtain children. If it were it wouldn’t need 42 pages of deleting terms like “mother” and “father” and “paternity” etc. to accomplish that.
You can’t make this S-up……………………………….how stupid are these people !!!
What was the reality now of a human mother and father? Now in VT a mother and father can be German Sheppard and some female human producing a “shedog” with no birth papers. What language, imagine it.
I’m sorry but the same school of thought is alive and well in the Vermont legislature. The same Communists. The same Progressives. Look at the new gun laws passed in Massachusetts: https://bearingarms.com/camedwards/2024/07/30/new-massachusetts-gun-laws-creating-mass-confusion-and-concern-n1225779
Totally unconstitutional but they don’t care. So why is it surprising that they would remove mother and father from birth certificates. This is only to take away parental control and have the state raise our children. It’s what every fascist and communist government has done once it takes over. Don’t think that the Commiecrats in Vermont aren’t watching this and seeing how it goes in Mass. Don’t be surprised when they try it here.
SCRATCH A PROGRESSIVE AND YOU’LL FIND A COMMUNIST
“SCRATCH A PROGRESSIVE AND YOU’LL FIND A COMMUNIST”
I like it. I’m stealing it
While freedom-minded Vermonter’s think we have it bad, that state to our south is always at the forefront of the woke universe and
is also bringing down some onerous new gun restrictions. This is why we have an originalist US Supreme Court…it’s the last bastion.
Gotta love the “what’s wrong with being nice?” comeback of the ignorant and manipulators. And the “how dare you say naughty words!!”
That’s all gotta come to an end.
