The Vermont Supreme Court has doubled down on its recent decision denying Vermont parents and their children basic constitutional safeguards against unauthorized government infliction of an experimental vaccine on a young public school child.
After its opinion earlier this summer that shielded schools and vaccines from all state law claims for administering an experimental vaccine to a 6-year-old boy against his parents’ express directives, the Vermont Supreme Court Friday rejected plaintiffs’ motion to re-present their constitutional claims to the Court for reconsideration.
In its August 9 Motion for Re-Argument, plaintiffs’ counsel specifically emphasized that the Vermont courts have denied fundamental state constitutional protections to its citizens by shielding school officials who administer experimental COVID-19 vaccines to young children against their parents’ and the child’s express wishes, are immune from any accountability whatsoever.
The Motion summarizes the essence of this family’s concerns, alleging that school officials
“…acting ‘under color’ of Vermont law – and cloaked in its authority, took L.P. from his seat in class, and while L.P.protested, escorted him to the clinic.
“This action deprived L.P., and, derivatively, his parents, of their Article 11 right to be free in their persons from unreasonable seizure by agents of the State, without due process.
“[School officials] then injected L.P. with an experimental substance, while they held him in place. They did it without consent, while L.P. protested what they were doing to him.
“This act deprived L.P., and, derivatively, his parents, of their Article 11 right to be free from intrusion into their bodily integrity by agents of the State, without due process.”
Author’s editorial statement – ‘One need not be an attorney to see that what was done to this child by a government authority was every parent’s worst nightmare. If that nightmare could be made worse, it would be by a state court system that denied any relief to the family: a court system that sided absolutely with the federal government and a large corporate manufacturer at the expense of all Vermont children’s rights!’

I suggest a visit to wethepeople2.com and getting involved in the Notices that are being sent. Our admiralty law system is captured, the common law approach works better. Incidentally, I sued the Gov, et al end of 2020 or was it 21, regarding Covid unconstitutionality, fraud and RICO and it was ultimately dismissed without an accompanying order. I wish I had appealed, but at the time could not afford it and was mentally and spiritually exhausted from the work of the suit.
Further, I suggest the bromelain and Curcumin and NAC ( I think ) combo that has been developed to flush out the spike proteins for vaxxed, This can be found through the FLCCC.

I’m not authorized to give medical advise, but leaving out 16 or so amino acids and vitamins that would be good to take every day – I have had great experiences with these bare minimum for “spot treatments”(short term), like if you think you have been exposed or are currently exposed to various respiratory viruses – From most important to least: Umckaloabo, Sea Lettuce Capsules, Selenium (works with sea lettuce), NAC, TMG (Works with NAC), Real Cranberry juice (not cocktail), Lyposomal Vitamin C 1 gram per one or two hours awake, Upper limit of all B vitamins (B12 prevents vitamin c calcification), or bowl tolerance. Vitamin D, Good form of Zinc. For starters.
99% of supplements are just junk from china, so use a company that does their own actual lab testing and is vetted. Swanson seems pretty decent on consumer labs reports and good value for price.
Look up The term Micro schools. My grandsons are excelling with this program in Texas. I willingly pay the 2800.00 a year tuition for them out of their 529 plan.
Thanks for this coverage. It should be eye-opening to anyone who reads it. VPR/NPR has not touched it (I’ve been monitoring the government mouthpiece lately). We have a “Supreme” Court that protects the government bureaucracy despite clear trespass on fundamental freedom of choice. Once the state fully funds Planned Parenthood, the state bureaucracy will have a clear path to sterilize any children they feel “justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means.” This is Eugenics all over again, just a different name and tactics. “Oh, your a native? You have gender dysphoria? Come here, dear child, we’ve got a single shot that will cure you! Your parents will never have to know “

Connecting these dots provided my compelling interest to get the hell out of that sick and twisted state. They won’t do it with MY tax dollars.
This is pure Communism. Heart breaking. There are legal non-profit groups that should be contacted to fight this and perhaps to the SCOTUS. These Communists need corralling and put on the street selling pencils and disbarred. If two appearances before the VTSC, it’s a min of $250 each time for a ten minute argument The Communists had their mind made up in advance of any hearing as they did in my case. The cost may be more now. Disfunctional lawyers in black robes, put in place by a disfunctional legislative body, a quid pro quo development, pure Communist (repeat).
This is assault and battery.
Just indirectly protecting their political cronies.
It would seem the justices are prone to taking care of the ARISTOS instead of the common folk.
They are all paid by the state. Men and women playing God in their black robes. I wonder what the outcome would be if one of their grandchildren had been the victim of this incompetence.
I am outraged
This case screams for US Supreme Court hearing, with a very good chance of not only being overturned, but also the VTSC getting the public paddling they so richly deserve.
While this victim can never be made whole by any settlement, especially if he becomes injured by the jab, it will put all government institutions that you do NOT have unlimited power over bodily autonomy. ESPECIALLY OUR KIDS!!
