Re: Paul Dame’s perceived 9-11 remark.
Positing deluded perceptions of a distorted reality is becoming a frequent circumstance. It’s not just psychological projection. It’s becoming mass hysteria.
“A delusion is a belief that is clearly false and that indicates an abnormality in the affected person’s content of thought. – Delusions are a symptom of either a medical, neurological, or mental disorder.” – Industrial Psychiatry Journal
The question is, how does society deal with mass delusion? Are expressions of mass delusion constitutionally protected free speech? If the majority of citizens display deluded mass hysteria, do they have the authority to elect other deluded citizens and impose their delusions on others? If participants in our congress or judicial system become delusional, then what?
Re: Education Reform Chaos
The Governor and Legislature’s positions are the opposite of deluded mass hysteria. This is contrived chaos, in which special interest groups can control more and more tax revenue with no accountability.
How about the VT Podcast do a ‘deep dive’ into Vermont’s oldest-in-the-nation School Choice Tuitioning governance? … before the Governor and the Legislature torpedo it.
It doesn’t matter, let me explain. That declaration went out, perhaps several times to all democratic voters, they have a massive internet presence that none the press, opposition or general public know about or understand.
They will use this against Paul and the VTGop to keep people on their side. That is the goal, finding the truth and people coming to a consensus is NOT the objective.
They will say the VTGop is out of touch and calling peaceful protests the same as 9/11 and this proves that the VTGop wants to suppress free speech.
This is how they win with propaganda. This is how suddenly before the Ukraine war even got off the ground there were more Ukraine flags across Vermont than US flags…..it’s deep.
