so, where are the affidavits of probable cause for the charges and the search warrant; those are public documents; does someone have to drive to the court in white river junction to see them?
I’ve never seen a search warrant published by a news publication. Not here or any other place I’ve ever visited.
Yes, all documents now must be made public and no behind closed doors plea deals. All victims must be made public and the Sheriff is innocent until proven guilty. We believe the Franklin County Sheriff got shafted.
